As much as I dislike big box retailers, Costco rocked my world in the optometry department. Dr. K was great and accommodating. Michael and David were absolutely awesome to work with. Thank you so much gentleman! But when it comes to hospitality, hats off to Trish. She went above and beyond to get me fitted and dialed in on my new specs. I cant say enough great things about her guest service, her patience and her willingness to make my visit a 10 of 10. I didnt know so much can go into the perfect glasses. She did it all! Not only would I recommend her services, I would recommend her to be promoted and given a raise. Costco, you are absolutely lucky to have an employee that is so dedicated to her work. I will definitely be back and will wait for her help if she is busy. Thank you Trish!

We have been here multiple times since we started going there a few weeks a ago. The food is definitely fresh and made when ordered. I usually go for a Biggie Burger with American Cheese and an egg. My wife likes to mix it up and will get either a kids burger, chicken sandwich or a lettuce wrap burger. Every time its good and reliable. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. There have been multiple burger places in this location but I think this one is going to stick. Highly recommend.

So many good deals here! Customer service was exceptional! Just wish people/families shopping together would quit standing in the the middle of an entire isle/walk way. Too many people are oblivious to the fact they are impededing traffic in the store standing around like a group of baboons staring at their phones, talking to each other or gawking at whats being sold. Learn to be courteous to others around you!! It is the only reason I hate shopping at Costco. Thats not Costcos fault though. A lot of people are just not very intelligent, oblivious to their surroundings, or perhaps both.

I like this Costco. The parking isnt bad. Even if you park the furthest post away its still not that far of a walk, considering all the walking youre going to be doing inside. Everyone Ive asked for help and the checkers have all been very nice. I know most Costcos are all the same but I like this one.

Its a Costco and has all the Costco things. Self checkout if youre in a rush and arent buying alcohol.Getting fuel at the gas stop sucks. Make sure you have lots of time if youre going for gas and also a fully charged phone!

This Costco is closest to me so I often go here out of convenience. Customer service here is pretty awful though. Much could be improved upon. Its like night and day between this store and the location in San Marcos.

Why no WiFi? How about adding it for the benefit of your customers? And, your deli pizza is terrible. Sams club puts you to shame on this. I thought Costco would be much better than Sams... Not seeing it. If they had one here in oside area, Id drop Costco.

Gas stop. Always cheap. Doesnt take as long as it looks. Line moves quick. Get in any line btw. Doesnt matter what side your tank is on. It can reach. 😁

Very disappointed to see that Costco didnt really care much to provide more interior protection for my very expensive purchase through them. I paid over $1,500 for the Ipad Pro and even paid $9 more on shipping and this box had no label on it that states that the item is fragile. They have much to learn from Amazon. This was the last time I order anything online through them.

The staff are awesome, the store is clean, and everything is well organized. However, I dont come to this Costco because the people that shop there are terrible.

Costco is the happiest place on earth. More so than Disneyland. I said what I said. I love Costco.

Its the standard Costco shopping experience. This branch is smaller than the other ones Ive been to tho. Also, the food court is inside unlike the others, and need membership now to purchase unlike before.We get gas here too. Theres always a big line so make sure you have enough time for that.

They keep this store well stocked and fairly clean except for the food court.The trash is always overflowing, the tables are never cleaned except by customers and the floor is totally NASTY!Management needs to open their eyes to this problem!

I like Costco... this one is very busy, well aren’t they all? I hate how this one the food court is inside... it’s so packed and there’s no where to put your cart after check out. Everything is the same. Except this one I didn’t see any cognacs... might have missed it but the Carlsbad one has it on display. Customer service is always friendly. We bought a couch here and it’s great.

Love that they have the self-checkout, because it was crowded for 1:30pm on a Thursday. Easy to operate the self-checkout.

It’s a Costco. You know the deal. Well organized, membership required. This one has a food court on the inside ( beat the heat). Our cashier was kind and fast. The parking lot was big and we didn’t have any issue finding a spot.

Ms. “J” at the self check-out counter did not allow two Executive Costco members have two separate receipts. She suggested that I can put all my purchases together first and then scan the rest after mine; that way, it is easier to see the items that the other person would pay. The other person that she’s referring to is my wife! Not a big deal but it just felt discriminating and embarrassing for people like us who have personal preferences.

Its Costco...alot of people here...good news is they have a self check out now..the store is well run and organized but they always move items around so you can buy buy buy 😉...cant beat the food court deals...and yes they are fully open again...

Unwelcoming. The second time in a month my cart is loaded then asked if i need a box. Yes please i live in an upstairs apartment is hard for me to carry these big heavy items up.... I walk away with a messy unfolded cart and 1 empty box to the side. The clothes were neatly folded when i put them in my cart. I dont enjoy coming here.

I love Costco. Only downside is you can easily rack up a $200-300 bill in 1 visit. My wife makes the list, and I go in Shop-til-you-drop style and Im in/out in about 20min. Sounds crazy, but its for real. Head in there with a list and map out in your head what youre getting, where it is, and head to it. I time myself each time just to see how quick I can be, and it also helps keep our bill to a min. Best time to head in is about 30min before they close and checking out is even quicker.

I love this Costco. It is always stocked well, clean and organized. The lines move fast and the staff is nice. There return policy is excellent. The return line moves quickly and they are professional.

Good store, well stocked, friendly helpful staff (better than San Marcos location for sure). Now has self checkout counters. Pharmacy and front desk both provide good customer service.

Always nice to be able to shop at Costco

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at Costco. As my husband and I were about to check out one of the employees came up to scan our card (we were next) he asked me why I no longer had the Executives card, I explained it was not to my advantage due to the amount we purchase ( Long story - short) he got very pushy and aggressive as he repeatedly told me I should switch back I politely told him I dont care to do so at this time he proceeded to explain why I REALLY should and its ONLY $30.00 dollars today, I felt like I was being pushed into a sale I had said NO to at least 3 times, he was very rude and I did not appreciate the HARD sales tactic... this is NOT something I feel Costco should continue

I was there only for the gas. The gas price is as usual lower than other stations in the area and the station operation is very efficient.

I had a great time at Costco it was good to get out everybody was nice nobody with anxiety or trust issues the only thing I missed was the sampling which I like to sample before I buy something I understand why because of the clothing that they cant do it but I still miss it Costcos awesome

Closing the photo department at the Vista COSTCO is a bummer. I have used these services for the last 7 years, and they are (were) the best! Turn around time was a major factor, I will try to use the new service, but shipping costs may be too much. I will miss Erin, who was such a great help with any problems when ordering special size prints or when time was a factor. Thank you Erin for all your help over the past 7 years.

Costco is bae. Where else can you get deals on jewelry, beauty products and food? I love being able to get lotions, shampoos and facial products in bulk, often twice the product for the same price as other retailers. Plus cheap gas. Couldn’t ask for more.

This seems to be a larger costco with a better selection. Kinda like Morena, but not as busy. My complaint with this (and Carlsbad for that matter), is that employees never wear their masks correctly indoors, or at all outdoors. I dont care what peoples personal take on masks are, but if you represent the company, adhere to their policies and make the customers feel safe.

Listen to me, going in and shopping at this store with a cart, is the equivalent of fighting in bumper to bumper traffic on the highway. There’s an aggressive spirit in there. Everybody got a one track mind, customers are extremely rude, it’s a me first attitude and mindset, they will cut you off, expect you to move out their way and most times it’s the elderly lol. I will say when I walked in the store, the greeter wasn’t as friendly as I’d like. She was like security and wouldn’t let me in though I was there with my client and unless I showed her a membership card she wouldnt even let me meet my client that I dropped off in front of the door since she was handicapped, after I went to park the car and walked up. It’s not like I was lying, but geesh.. luckily an older tall skinny gentleman employee interjected and rescued me from my oppression lol. She was simply standing there 50ft around the corner waiting for me. She didn’t even have a cell phone for me to call her on, and I felt terrible that I had that experience. But because I’m professional and I was at work, I never got mad nor did I show my frustration. I would have sent an email to corporate if she didn’t let me in. But I’m glad there were more experienced staff that were able to help me out cause what I got to lie for, I live in LA and drove out there for work. Wasn’t about to allow that to ruin my whole day..Overall the place is crazy! A madhouse shopping club for shopping maniacs lol. But I got thru it and made it out alright. 3.5 Stars

My favorite of the three Costcos between Vista, San Marcos and the one off Palomar Airport. Now is also the best time of the year with both Halloween and Christamas goodies in abundance!

Great location, staff is always very kind to my wife and I.

First time in since pandemic start. Early morning was best. I found what I was looking for and was checked out inside of 30 min...5 items which were scanned to my card while in line. No unloading, less employee contact, everyone masked and most shoppers were focused.

Costco is Costco right? High prices for some stuff and good prices for others. $15 for a pack of instant noodles (6pcs) just because theyre exotic glad noodles?!? Seriously?!?

Way too little parking!!! Husband goes once a week. We are just 2 so dont need much, but its perfect for many items like no-refrigeration chocolate milk, snacks, flavored Pelligrino and a roasted chicken (much of which goes to the 19 yr old dog), and certainly for perishables like eggs, Romaine, fruits...the best green grapes anywhere!

Food court, bulk items. Membership required, great return policy. Costco only sells quality products.

Pretty great Costco all in all. They always seem to keep a good stock on their inventory and even when its crowded the lines tend to move very quickly.

Crowded. But affordable. They grill you as if you are a criminal coming going checking out.

Love this store, very organized and lots of inventoryof items. They now added several self checkout registers so you dont have to wait in line if you just have a handful of things, (although they are not called express lines, or under certain amount of items). They also brought the churros back to the food court as a menu item.

Today I want to give a shout out to the excellent service from the Pharmacy that was provided for my wife and myself.I called earlier in the day to ask about getting shingles shots and how long we would have to wait after our COVID-19 Moderna were administered. Vision center guy was awesome! Should have gotten his name. Forgive the description but I hope his manager sees this: mid to late 20ish, Asian, surfer, hottie with a voice made for romance novels - I can say that, Im an old lady - hahaha! (with welding skills (we had a conversation while he helped me. Super nice guy). He went the extra mile to help me decide what to choose. Im new to bifocals and was really unsure about line or no line. He had me try 2 pair with similar prescription with both options and ran me through excercises based on my needs as a result of our earlier conversation (I solder, read, graphic design, leatherwork, make tools for jewelers, am disabled and have trouble walking - balance issue, dont need vision obstructed). Then he asked about colors for darkening. Had no idea I had choices. Again I tried them on and chose. Then asked his opinion. He confirmed I chose what he would have recommended since I work with stones as correct colors are critical. The other would distort colors. Im confident I made the right choices. Its one thing to get a prescription from a doctor but how much do we consider the person helping you sort out your glasses. As he wrote up my order, he informed me of everything that was being added to the order and explained as he efficiently worked. I have my own business and am trained to train others in efficiency. This guy is a gem! He is who Id hire. With all the new rules about how many people in spaces etc, he worked, moved people around and satisfied orders like he was just catching waves. Calm, in control and layed back. Super pleasant. I just realized I have his name in my receipt. Im not going to retype this whole thing. David B. From invoice 0264044. You are a rockstar!

Whats not to love about Costco? Its pretty crowded today (a Saturday) but everyone is pretty good about social distancing and wearing masks correctly. Godiva chocolates and Bark Thins are on sale just in time for Valentines Day.

I have been going to this Costco store for decades and I have not encountered a cashier as rude as Kaylee M. When customers request for two “separate” receipts, you do not decide for how they want their purchases charged. Consider them two separate customers and that’s not hard to do. We do not need to explain to you that we are a married couple wanting to buy our senior mom stuff that she needs. That being said, there is a reason why we wanted “TWO, NOT ONE” receipts because we are that people who know how to manage their finances. We respect people who do what she does but Costco I think this one cashier needs to stay calm and respect customer’s preference.

Typical Costco very good.But this Costco has one thing that I believe is better than most.Better PARKING!

This is my go to Costco and I live near the Carlsbad and San Marcos locations. This has an easy access to gasoline pumps and the floor feels less clustered than other locations.

This is one of the bigger costcos in the tricity areas, and we visit this location despite the Carlsbad location being closer. The self check out has been open for the past few weeks, making it a breeze to go through at most hours of the day now.

My fruits I bought were the best. Oh and love, love their sundaes. Mmmm

I like this Costco location for how they organized and designed . When you walking by the entrance you start with the general merchandise and the and the groceries at the back of the store and in the right side.
