Slowest customer service ever. If you pick up a prescription, you will wait. I picked up a prescription today and waited 25 minutes in the drive thru. Whats even the point?

Worst service. Would not transfer my prescription. Charge more then double any other CVS I’ve purchased from. Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

On May 03, 2020 I purchased 5 NON-MED FACE MASKS at $ 1.99 each..after taxes it came to $10.77 ... Why they charging so much when they get them for $ 12.50 for a full box of 50 ...Too bad it doesnt have a spot to show the receipt... Talk about price gauging... 10 X 5= 50... So for 50 of them at $ 1.99 each with tax that would come out to $ 107.70...$ 107.70 - $ 12.50 = $ 95.20 profit per box... Way to go CVS... Just lost my business

Got great customer service from kaelin she was very helpful.

CVS has 3 websites, cvs.com, caremark.com & the CVS app that are supposed to enable customers to order prescriptions through the mail. My wife was notified by text that two prescriptions were ready for pickup at the pharmacy and just spent 90 minutes on those 3 websites attempting to have those two prescriptions sent to the house before finally giving up. I then called the cvs retail pharmacy informing them of the problem and in less than two minutes mail delivery was set up. CVS needs to have an independent review of their online services and fix the problem. We, on an almost daily basis, use the online services of Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Homedepot and Lowes to order items for delivery, so we know what successful online services are like. This is not the first time CVS online services have failed us. I experienced the same problem several times over the past 90 days as we have switched to mail delivery. I would order much more from CVS if they fixed their online servives.

WOW!! Thank you Coleen. Pharmacy went out of their way to get some eye drops that are not available at their store or any other near by store.. She called to see if Insurance would pay for brand name product. Very impressed with the care and service. When that didn’t work she found the product at another CVS a little further away than the ones she had checked at first. Thank you. :)

Store is clean. Unfortunately, they have a lock to the restrooms now so you have to run up to the front for assistance. Also, I feel like the past 4 times Ive needed my prescriptions filled they dont have at least one of them. It is pretty irritating.

Pharmacy staff are always helpful and pleasant.

Our local CVS has the best staff both in the store and pharmacy.

Pharmacy only: I love this pharmacy so much. I was bummed when I switched over to an insurance that only allowed for home delivery of meds. Chris, the pharmacist is ridiculously knowledgeable, helpful, and sweet. Ive never had a bad experience here.

Store is good. Great price on liquor. Pharmacy is terrible. Patty, the pharmacist, literally hung on me. Great job !!

WARNING!!! This store is meant for couponing and NOT for anyone in a hurry! You will be waiting in line for extended periods of time. Not much of a convenience store when it requires less time to drive FURTHER to a full stocked grocery and back home.Just be cognizant that you will spend extra time at this location.

I love this cvs has lots of memories literally all of the workers Rembrr when I was 5 and I moved to Texas for a year came back and I don’t think the guy recognized me and my sister but good memories I will always come back every once and a while ❤️

Its a cvs. Not much to get excited about. Stafc has always been helpful and friendly but their beer in their refridgerated section is always cool at best and often warm.

Apparently answering a phone call after 10 minutes on hold, hiring only 1 pharmacy tech, and filling a called in prescription in 7 hours, is what they excel at. How does a non special order prescription direct from the hospital take so long.

Whoever answers in the pharmacy is a real bitch

Called to ask if they take passport photos and the call was picked up by Cory and the moment he hear my questions he just hangs up!
