Do not subscribe to a car wash here, if you sell your vehicle, you need to cancel your subscription. I came in 2 weeks ago and told them I needed to cancel. The clerk printed out blank receipt paper and told me to write down my information and the manager would take care of it. Today I was charged another $30. This place is a scam. I now need to go through my bank to report this place.STAY AWAY

Little pricey for a drive through ( Minimum $20.00). Used to be full service, which is why I went. Lots of cheaper alternatives that do the same, for less. Wont be going back.

This car wash is the BEST in North County. Yes it takes about an hour for your car to be washed but when you get your car back it looks BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN and so worth the wait.The people that work here take pride in each car they detail and so YES I will wait a little longer and PAY a little more. You wont be disappointed.

Been using these guys for years. Google says Open until 7 I go there at 4 they are detailing a car, ready to go through and they refused service saying they were closed. Your hours say 7 PM not close at 4.

Decent job. Just don’t go there if you’re in a hurry! We were there for 1 hour and 20 minutes. (From the time the car went into the car wash to the time it was finished was 55 minutes!) They definitely should staff with MORE people for their busy times.

This a good place. The crew is very nice and helpful. I pay about $35 a month for unlimited car wash with hand wash and drying. If you are able to go 4+ times a month then its more than worth it. There is usually a rush on weekends and can take about 30-45 minutes. They do a good job with cleaning. They kiss a few stuff but nothing major. There quite a few seats available inside and outside and you can usually find a place to sit and wait. Plus its in a commercial square so youre able to go check out shops or get something to eat.

Love this place. Yes it does take a lot of time but we’ll worth it. Best place around.

Had to dry my own car this morning after waiting five minutes with it sitting out and no one attending it. Did anyone check to see if it was my car before I got into it and drove away? No. There were 4-5 guys at the front where I dropped my car off, at least they seemed to be having a good time.

This is a hand wash only facility. So be mindful it could take awhile . Be ready to spend about an hour on a busy day. Other than that this place is great. Really short walk for several places to eat. A bank. And a kinkos. Staff are all polite. And eager to please. Especially Linda. Shes a local celebrity.

For the most part this is a good place. There is a minimal amount of up-sale but it is not high pressure.After several visits, the complaint I have is the quality of the service is dependent on who does your car. Some of the guys working there are very conscientious; others are sloppy and in attentive. Overall, This is better than most places Ive tried.

Not the best car wash Ive been to, but not the worst. I would have liked to have seen more detail to my interiors. My cup holder and center console werent wiped down. I was my car every 2 weeks so it is not extremely dirty, but I did share a photo of how it is noticeably dirty.

These guys are pretty darn good. I get my car washed about once a month. Every time these guys are on it. The staff inside is pretty nice and attentive. Its not to crowded and my car comes out awesome.

Theyre pretty pricey Ive had cheaper that did a better job. Most of the time I go there they always try to push there favorite wash or what they think my car needs ( always the most expensive) the staff is nice and they get car done in good timing. They have a gas station and a outside sitting area for waiting guest. The work there is a hit and miss sometimes good not always the best.

For $26, I expected the dashboard to be dusted. For this price I get a faster and better interior cleaning at Rancho Del Oro Car Wash. not coming back again. Please focus on the interior wipe downs.

The attention to detail is 5 star but the painfully sloooooowwwww speed will test your patience. Dont come here unless you can afford to kill an hour next door at Starbucks.

Very bad service. Had our car wash today morning and they guy who hand washes the car didnt bother to clean debris on the headlight even after we showed him and asked politely to wipe it off. We even tried talking to another guy but it did not help either. Very sloppy wash for the price. Not coming back again.

Ive yet to be overly impressed with this car wash, unfortunately. Ive given it a few goes and each time Im disappointed by the overall work (primarily the exterior). Today when I left my rims were still dirty, there was residue and bugs still on the outside, and water spots on the windows after paying for the most expensive package. I wont be going back unless Im in a bind.

Horrible customer service and half @$$ job on 02/25/19. Had an issue with my car and my wife tried to address it with the manager. Manager was rude to my wife. Wife tried to call me but manager didnt want her to. Even witnesses were shock (we have their #s for reference too). We filed a complaint and wasnt called back til today (02/29/19) with a poor apology. Will NEVER GO BACK and DONT GO THERE and waste your money.

Ordered the $150 detail.* Rims were still dirty.* Area behind handles looks like it was not touched. Its open and viable on my car.* mud flaps were still dirty. 2013 mustang, not like Im out muddn.* interior was dripping with conditioner. Guess its better than missing spots but I had to take it home and clean it up.* instrument cluster looked half heartedly cheaned. Lots of dirt and some strange white marks that looked like a puddle has dried there.* white marks were a recurring theme on the interior trim.* picked up 8 hours after drop off and carpets were will soaking wet.Exterior trim looks untouched.* towels used in the interior left a lot of fiber all over the place.* Windows had vinyl cleaner dripping down the last half inch.Maybe just skip the interior work with these guys. Exterior would have been pretty good for a $10 car wash.

Worst car wash ever!!! I had my jeep washed this morning and they didnt wash it, they ran it through the machine and thats it. I paid $30 and there are still bugs all over the windows, dirt at the bottom, etc. Go someplace else!

This Car Wash Sucks My car was really dirty there was dirt on the sides of my doors and when they were finished it looked like if theyd just rub more dirt on it. I HATE IT

This place takes no pride in what they do..guys are totally lazy no supervision to see what the car looks like or they wouldnt let cars out looking worse than when they went in..film from the rages all over the inside and outside of car gold wash includes rims no pride or supervision rims still dirty..this was my first and last time there so save yourself the trouble of being upset and go to another full service car was.
