StorQuest was very flexible to a last minute request as a unit I had reserved was accidently rented. StorQuest gave me a larger unit in a better location for the same price as the smaller unit. Also, when the unit was maxed out they managed to get me a nearby unit, which made things very easy.

Visited the Vista,Ca location several times and spoke with Michaela in the office…she’s great! Very personable & professional, informative, took the time to show me the various available units and patiently answered all my questions. Finally decided on the size I needed and Michaela explained all the details well before asking me to sign the contract.The buildings and units are extremely well maintained and the whole property is well lighted.Definitely would recommend this place…5 stars!!!

The service people are very helpful and friendly, and the facility is clean and well maintained. The one thing I would recommend is purchasing your own lock. They do overcharge for one if you buy it there, but so does every storage place you buy directly from. If you have the time, ask them what type of lock youll need ahead of time and get it from a hardware store or online.

If youre looking for self storage, I cant imagine a better choice than StorQuest. Impeccably clean facility, super easy to use, reasonable pricing, friendly and helpful staff. And if youre into surfing or skateboarding, know that Kelly Slater and Tony Hawk are some of the action sport celebrities that are a part of the StorQuest scene. I love my StorQuest space and will be sad to give it up when I get all moved in to my new living space in North County San Diego.

We filled our storage unit yesterday, 9/6/21. The office staff was most helpful and swift in getting us our keys and code and fully informed us how to navigate the new facility. Wed not seen it before, having rented the unit over the phone. There were plenty of carts available and the lady that helped me figure out the space Id need was spot on on that first call! Everything fit like a giant puzzle.Id have given you 5 stars but the basement bathroom sadly was not at all satisfactory. We were there at 10:30, well after opening and on a Sunday morning, not too busy. When I went to use the facilities just before noon, i was quite shocked by the status of the unisex bathroom. There was no toilet paper or paper towels available. The floor was littered with paper towels, and toilet tissue and the garbage pail under the empty paper towel dispenser was full to overflowing onto the floor below. I really had hoped after noting the cleanliness of the office, the parking lot and the first floor and basement hallways, that Id find the basement in equally clean condition. I hope that this can be remedied before our next trip to our unit.Please accept two suggestions:Paint additional parking spaces on the road down to the door and beyond. Theres nice shade there that goes unused and twice during our two hours there, someone was waiting for a spot!Second, Please provide an industrial garbage receptical with instructions on what can be discarded. Despite much organizing and reorganizing our items for storage, there were still the odd papers, shoelaces, and misc. junk that needed to be tossed when wed finished and nowhere to toss it. Thanks.

Reasonable prices and great customer service. They had carts available that really sped things along and made it a lot easier and faster than we anticipated it would be. We were able to get our stuff in fairly quickly and when we had an issue with the lock they came quickly to help us out and we were done in no time. Very clean and all indoors. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit.

UPDATE AUG 22, 2021: after a great first impression, things havent been perfect. I have a basement unit and it became infested with a ton of mold. Im not entirely sure because the facility has not told me anything, but it looks like it might have come from the unit next to mine. My unit is also in the basement which adds to the problem, but since this is near desert climate, mold should not be a problem and the water that feeds it must come from the building or something in someones unit. I am in a insurance claim with the mandatory insurance they make you buy and that company is very slow to respond and I believe there is a very low cap for mold damage, so Im not happy about being forced to buy insurance that is worthless. Ive had to throw away almost all of my clothes in there and just about anything cloth. Took me a long time to clean everything and take pictures for the insurance company. I cant recommend this place anymore, but if you do go here, definitely dont get a basement unit. Original five star review below:This is a great storage facility! Opened just a few months ago and it is spotless clean and perfect for my needs - also got a great introductory price. Looks to be well secured and protected with modern locks and cameras everywhere.Best part was the very friendly and knowledgeable help I got from Delia who let me pick the location of my shed and it was a SUPER FAST process! I cant believe how quickly I had my keys and access to start moving in. Delia knows what shes doing and wasted no time, but also answered all of my questions before I could even ask them. If you need storage, go here - youll be happy you did!

My wife and I ordered and paid for a storage locker on Tuesday, June 1. The manager (Martin) was a very kind man, knowledgeable about his company, answered all of our questions, showed us our storage locker (how to access it and operate the lock system) explained where steel carts could be found and a lot of other information. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience there, it is brand new and state-of-the-art in composition. Definitely recommend StorQuest as a storage solution!!

The young woman holding down the fort there ….needs a raise. She has been doing such an awesome job…. I rent two large units, and Michaela has been above and beyond as far as im concerned, in seeing to our needs and 100% a professional in making rules “do’s and dont’s” very clear when signing up. Nice new clean facilities, friendly staff that explained everything well, competitive prices. Needed a place for an entire house worth of stuff for a week between homes and this worked out well.

Michaela was great showing me around and setting me up with a 10 X 9 and then a week later, had to upgrade to a10 X 20. The facilities is clean and I fell safe with my things here.

The StorQuest staff Martin and Michaela were super helpful! Typically setting up a locker for a corporate company is a painful and lengthy process. However, Martin was knowledgeable on corporate requirements and documentation and made it a breeze!!! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff!!!! They keep a clean and organized facility too! I called jessica from the service center in need of a unit and she was happy to notify staff for when i arrive. Martin greeted me with professionalism and had the time to answer any questions I had. The representative Delia and Sam and Martin made us feel at home its a great location very clean. The carts are great help to use to help get our stuff into our storage without those and the big elevators it would have been a hassle but they made it very convenient very helpful I would recommend this place to anyone

Im so glad this place opened up near me! I was at another storage place but it is not climate controlled. I now dont have to worry about things getting warped and heat damaged. Martin is super nice. Hes the fellow that works the front office. It just opened, in fact, they are still finishing up on more units. Check them out. They are cheaper and climate controlled. Trust me, you want that.

I must say “10” all around from my first phone call for information to scheduling an appointment to go in as they are Covid cautious to seeing the storage selection. Clean, spacious, close to where we live, and best yet the price was unbelievable for the location and being newly open in our community.
