The timeline was met without having to wait days in my new home for delivery.I highly recommend United. It was worth every penny as 18,000 pounds of my household items arrived on time and in excellent condition.

Great long distance mover! Our salesman/estimator was right on. He arranged every aspect of the move. We packed ourselves, except for a few very fragile items.. The load day went very smoothly. The unload was in the time-frame promised.

Sullivan Moving & Storage moved my furniture and belonging out of my old home in September 2013 and into two storage PODS. In July 2014 they then moved all of my things from the two PODS into my new home. The same head of the crew, Jim, was there for both moves. Jim was very knowledgeable about properly stacking furniture and boxes into PODS, which allowed almost all of my things to be stored within the two PODS. It looked as though the crew used a ruler to do this! The second crew then worked very well with me unloading furniture and boxes into my new home and garage. The only issue I had was that one of my armours had a door broken off the front during the move out of my old home. Jim assured me that they have a very capable wood repairman. Jim gave me a repair sheet and instructions to report a claim. I reported the claim and unfortunately I have not heard back from them regarding this claim. Nevertheless, I would recommend Sullivan Moving & Storage for any moving needs you might have.

This is an excellent company and they provided wonderful service for our whole house move. There was one minor piece of damage and they sent someone to our home to repair it. Also, they came in under their estimated quote.

I used Sullivan United for a military move this summer. The movers stole two computer external harddrives, a cellphone, and broke into my safe which contained sensitive personal information. They were obviously trying to collect information to commit identity theft. I contacted the manager, who decided to ignore me. If the military transportation office assigns this company to move you, you would be wise to ask for another company.

Great service from beginning to end. This was for a cross country move.
