Heard good things from a few people after moving here. Decided to give them a try for my safety inspection. First time I went they advised me to switch out my smoked lights for stock red and ambers-OK. My car is lowered so they referred me to recon. As a new person to the island, obviously as I had Oregon plates, they didnt bother to ask if I knew where it was. Went back after passing recon easily, now they tell me my mono windshield wiper wont pass. After reading the safety inspection regulations, nowhere does it say a requirement for 2 wipers. They didnt even ask if I wanted to make an appointment, which they told me they only do from 9am-12pm. I went to Wahiawa automotive and they hooked me up. Will be taking my wifes car to Wahiawa when it arrives, and my brother will be taking his 3 cars there now.

Inspector guy really rude, wont be doing business here again thats for sure.... for inspections try lex brodies they take care of ya

Pete is easy to communicate. He is out right frank about our old van. Advising us to replace it ASAP. He said he wont mind keep fixing it to earn our money, but strongly advise us to avoid our headache of constantly break down. Love this guy!

Came here for my safety inspection. Staff was polite, did the inspection in a timely manner, and the shop was very clean and provided a seating area as well.

Went this morning for a Safety Check after 3 other well known establishments couldnt take my car as either #1 they dont do safeties on the weekend or #2 by appointment only. Fast and friendly service here at Leeward Automotive. Will definitely use again and refer their services!

Pete and his crew does excellent work, the work area is kept clean, always busy but takes the time to explain about the repairs that was.done, safety checks are.first come first served but is done in a timely manner, wait time is minimal.

Friendly staff, quick vehicle inspection renewal, and unlike flagship fastlube in waipio the safety inspector actually talks to you the customer, imagine that!
