I was shopping online for rims and found the set I wanted and realized that 4WP had a local shop and wanted to spend the money locally and hopefully be able to actually pick them up as well. Even though its a national chain I felt it better to go to the store then pay online. Mike helped me out when I got there. I printed out all the prices so I had them. It was kind of odd that they had to work as hard as they did to match there own online prices especially when I couldve just ordered them and had them shipped to the store. I ended up paying what I was quoted online for the rims but had to pay more for the lug nuts. Anyway Mike will do what he can to match or beat local and online prices and he definitely provided good customer service 👍. Definitely shop around get some prices and see what he can do.

Everyone here is super helpful and willing to put in the time to make sure you are happy. The only downside of visiting here is there are only 2 dedicated parking spots. 3 including the handicap spot. Aside from that minor inconvenience, every transaction Ive ever had here has been great. I have brought then 2 vehicles for a number of jobs over the last 7 years. Everyone I send there gives the same high praises.

The service is good, can always find the parts for my 2017 Jeep Wranglet Rubicon Hard-Rock and have them professionally installed. Living in Hawaii can be expensive when ordering parts from the mainland with the shipping costs attached, but 4Wheel Parts it is free when you order through them. The staff is knowledgeable and provide input to what you want to purchase.

My sales guy Maxwell was knowledgeable, fast, polite, and professional. The guy always had a smile & helped guide me through the decision making process. He guy took time to make sure the rims and tires were exactly what I wanted. The service staff in the garage was quick & efficient. These guys killed it! My truck looks great, the staff was incredible, 4 new rims & tires in less than 1.5 hours. Hot coffee in the lounge.. These guys earned all 5 stars effortlessly.Dont shop anywhere else! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Needed my two piece bead lock wheels and 35” tires that weigh 101lbs each balanced. Every shop I went to turned me away except these guys and they killed it! Truck is smooth as glass all the way to 80 mph. Even though I showed up an hour before my appointment they had me back on the road in 45min. Thanks!

Its better to shop on their website. Their guys are not helpful when you go shop in person they will not help you find the stuff you need.

Its honestly a hit or miss with these guys. In the few times Ive been Ive either had great customer service or terrible customer service. I had new tires put on and they messed up one of my TPMS lights and were refusing to fix it saying it was on when my truck came in. They even went to the lengths of writing it in on the pre-inspection checklist I signed. Luckily I had a picture of my dash from an hour before the installation as proof that it wasnt on, but they were still reluctant to fix it. They finally did, but they were rude af about it, asking why I had the pictures (because of shady shops like this one). I also ordered an exhaust on Aug 10 and Ill blame COVID for the fact that Im just now picking it up this week, but this will honestly be the last time I deal with this shop.

After a few months of dealing with manufacturer defects, the staff upgraded me to a higher quality roll out bed cover free of charge. The original rollnlock cover I had snapped its cheaply made plastic locking piece from test use. They called me when it arrived and scheduled me not even 3 days from the call. The techs stayed after hours to make sure the product was installed properly despite the garage being packed with vehicles. A tech stayed after and explained how the product works and how to care for it. 4WP took care of me and the defects brought on by the manufacturer, you wont get service like this from a dealership, and the prices are literally half what a dealership will charge you.

Several months ago I invested in a lift, shocks, springs, and 5 new tires for my jeep. Great price, and I thought I had found the shop Id turn to for years to come. Then the installation day came, and I was disappointed to find out the shop loaded up the old tires in my jeep BUT conveniently didnt give me my UNUSED spare. I noticed immediately when I got home when I started unloading them into my shed. I called, and since it was after hours by that time I left a voicemail. After a business day of not hearing back from the shop, I called back. When I stated why I was calling, I was asked to be put on hold and wait for the manager. After 20 min on hold, the associate came back to the phone and asked to take a message to pass along to the manager. I never got a call back, and I just said forget it and moved on. Today was the first time since the installation that I was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled the appointment about a month ago due to them being so booked out in advance. My appointment was for 3. The day before my appointment, I received a message reminding me of my appointment. However, the associate on the message stated my appointment was at 1:00, not 3 like originally told. So, I called back to verify the time, and they confirmed 1:00 so I just figured I may have written it down wrong. I scrambled last minute, to make an arrangement at work to leave little earlier. I arrived at 12:45 and got checked in for my appointment. My vehicle wasnt completed until 3:45. When I checked on the status of my vehicle at 2:00, I was told ... Im not sure, let me check and nobody came to update me. When they finally came to tell me it was complete, the guy said you know your appointment was at 3:00,right? I explained how I was told 1, and even called back and verified the time again. Even when I checked in at the counter, I wasnt corrected on the time. He started laughing and said oh, thats Andrew for ya, our schedule is in military time and hes not good at it yet. I said, I understand how mistakes can happen, but how could you just let me check in expecting my appointment was at 1 and let me sit there for that long and not say anything??? He started laughing and said what would you like me to do?? Take away his gold Star for the day?? No discount, no apology, nothing....I paid, left, and saw that place in my rearview for the last time. Unprofessional, lazy staff .. stole my tire, wasted my time ... what a joke.

Good selection of parts for off road vehicles. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Prices can be higher than expected but, that is due to shipping on the island.

Good place to deal with and good customer service. Ive dealt with these guys many times now. Order online and select pick up in store. Ive been able to get stuff shipped to the island for pretty cheap (relative to location prices). Shipping cost is calculated by percentage of total order price ~5% IIRC.

These guys were awesome. I got my lift, tires, and rims plus had them install and do the alignment. I waited for some super deals and then they even got me 5 better tires for 100 less each.

They do the best they can with what they have to work with. Living in Hawaii and trying to get parts is always a nightmare. It costs alot for shipping and takes alot of time and if you order the wrong parts....well you get where Im coming from. Like I said, they do the best they can with what they got to work with.

Great peeps to work with, prior to install the mechanic followed up and made recommendations, made sure I understood prior to working on truck (awesome). Only downfall...Hopefully your not in a rush or dont need something done in a rush.. I ordered Body kit, they have 7 weeks out to get appt. Currently at location waiting for truck, in by 10am and hopefully out before 2pm..

11am appointment but truck was not started until 12:30pm to replace tires. Did not leave place until 1:45pm! I even made this appointment 3 weeks ago not to mention I paid in full. Why bother with appointments? Typical of local businesses & government services here on Hawaii (outside of Waikiki) with poor to non-existent customer service. Wanted new tires so I had to bear the waiting. Same thing happened when I had shocks installed here last year. Will not come here again. May not support 4Wheel parts after this event as well. Too much $$$ and time wasted.

Not friendly to novice Jeep owners

Excellent for all of your Off-road needs. I had a lift on my Tacoma done there about 2 years ago. Then I got a mailer Toyota USA saying they needed to inspect my rear springs. Went to my appointment and then the service agent tells me they cannot do it because of the lift.I went back to 4 Wheel Parts and they happily provided me the stock components to bring my truck back to stock specs.I will return to Toyota Waipahu on December 17th.

Meh.Nice guys, good knowledgeable service.But you go to a store to buy things, not order things. Buy it and take it home.The store (at least in Hawaii (Waipahi)) as nothing for stock. So going there in person is only really worthwhile of you need to pick their brains.Buying from them is as slow as the 1970s before the interwebs and FedEx and UPS existed, when we ordered stuff from a paper catalogue book from Sears, and waited weeks for it to sail to Hawaii then be processed and notified via voice call or snail mail.The only difference with 4 wheel parts today is that they notify you via email instead.Not.They do sometimes call tho.Sometimes.Other times you just have to drive around and the idea pops into your head, hey, what about that part I ordered a couple months ago? Then you call them and they say yes they have it.Shopping at 4 Wheel Parts (at least for the Hawaii stores) is like shopping via moms Sears catalogue and waiting.I modern times, if I want to shop via ordering, Ill just use Amazon instead, or buy fro. The manufacturer direct ( when possible )

I really dont know why theres all these bad reviews. My experience with 4 wheel parts Waipahu was awesome! Walked in and they were really busy. But when it was my turn they really helped me out and was able to get what i needed and they gave me a great deal. Made an appointment to get my parts installed and 3 weeks before my appointment they called and asked if i could bring it in early. Which was awesome cause i was really excited to get my truck done. Truck looks badass and had absolutely no problems. Will be going back to get more stuff done.

Prices are outragous and the overall customer service matches the prices(ridiculous). They treat you as though you do not matter and if you have a complaint about their product, they make it sounds as though its your fault and not the crappy product that they are over charging for. I would highly recommend checking out Maui Off-road before even considering this place. Ive spoke with multiple people who have had the same problems at 4wheel parts and all went to Maui off-road and were completely satisfied with the product, worksmanship and prices.

So stupid. I feel foolish for going. They claim to be a superstore yet have nothing in stock then they charge outrageous shipping for parts. Their prices are outrageous and I mean outrageous. If youre looking to buy rims and over priced led lights the this is your store.You may as well order your own parts to your door and avoid this stupid place.

Side bar conversations while customers wait along with nothing in their inventory. Charge additional shipping rates to make money. Bought the exact thing online from 4X4 they quoted me for my Jeep and it was less even with shipping than their quote.

I would give this place 0 start, I wait for an appointment almost 4 weeks for the parts to be installed cause they don’t have in stock and when I finally went to do the work it was horrible and unprofessional, my Jeep looks super cheap and ugly with the work they did .. don’t go to them .. if you do it yourself I promise you will do a better work !

They had parts,for sale,got to cashier to pay stood in line for 15minutes,just to hear the cashier tell me it was sold,🤷‍♀️

Didn’t have a good experience here or with 4WP National Call Center customer service, and no one answered the phone at corporate. Maybe your experience will be different.
