So we had to go back to them to get our visors replaced. Masa said he’ll put it under the warranty and we just pay for shipping $30. He even mentioned they will put it on for us. Well it took months (corona I get it) but they don’t ever call you for update. So I always call to see if it came in... whoever answers always tell me they’ll call me back on a “Friday”. Never do. So when I spoked to Masa I’ve asked why they always don’t call me back when they said they will... he said “you’re not on the priority list call” and he even mentioned “we’re doing you a favor”. Who says that to a costumer?!! Then after 3 weeks, I called again and no surprised they didn’t call to tell me they already received my visor. Told me on the phone they won’t stall it anymore cause it’s under warranty. Then came to pick it up. Charged me $40 instead. They can’t seem to keep their WORD. And it’s sad. Really bad customer service.

When it comes to HID & LED headlight replacements, these guys are fast. Like installation in under 5 minutes fast. It feels like having your own pit crew. And thats having another customer ahead..Some places take more than 40 minutes.

Good. They know what they are doing. Reasonable quotes. Foglight installation went well on my Altima. Going back for aftermarket headlights for my mustang.

Absolutely stellar customer service, incredibly diverse shop. The owner truly cares about his customers, and the employees there are no less than awesome. If they dont have something in stock, they can bring it in. Authorized resellers for many different high-end performance auto parts brands. One stop shop for everything JDM/KDM, and even some domestic. Only place Id trust to work on my ride or get the right parts for it!!
