I visited Tony Nissan and was helped by Alissa with whom my wife and I had purchased a vehicle from the dealership with her help over a year ago. I wanted to trade in my current vehicle so I could have a lower payment due to covid. After crunching number the dealership unfortunately was not able to help me. Edit:A couple weeks later I realized the passenger door lock didn’t work. So if I lock the car with the alarm on you can still open the passenger side. Alarm goes off (thankfully), but it’s annoying when you go to open that door first and forget it’s unlocked and alarm is on. They called to ask how the car is, and when I told them that they said “at least the alarm works.” Since it’s not a huge thing it’d have been nice if they offered a courtesy fix or something.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Great experience!! Customer waiing area was very nice and they seemed to clean very often. Definitely feel better when I see them come by and wipe the area so many times.
I am Disappointed I brought my vehicle here three times for same issue erratic RPMs going up and down shifting issue and theyre telling me . and oh btw you have a brake caliper issue too.They are too EAGER to point out preventive maintenance issues that need to be worked on about $600. Oh and since that you dont want to replace the brake pads because they fluid on them. we will have to have you sign a waiver after repairs are completed.Tony Hyundai service replaced the TRANSMISSION on the Veloster and we drove it off the lot and it still has the same problem. I dont think thats a question here is if it doesnt shifting doesnt work Please sign the waiver to limit their liability. SAFETY Who cares Priorities are get the customer in and out. Why isnt there quality assurance here test drive the vehicle. We told them how far they needed to drive before the problem would come back up obviously they didnt do it We are out $300.00 for a Veloster with same issue. I was told I could bring back for a forth time for the same problem. I love not having my car for and unsure if its going be fixed.
Tony Group Autoplex had a great selection of used vehicles and we were able to find one that we liked very quickly. I would give them a five-star review except for two things. First, it took an exorbitantly long period of time to close on that vehicle. 5 hours is ridiculous. One hour of that was test driving the car. That was understandable. But four hours to close the deal? I was utterly exhausted and almost walked out the door without purchasing the vehicle. The second reason I cannot give them five stars is that after four or more hours of waiting around to close the deal, they sent us into the finance guy who tried to pressure us into buying all sorts of extra warranty and maintenance plans. When we politely declined, instead of just letting it be, he launched into his high pressure tactics. Very disappointing. But we do love our car.

You schedule a service, show up, and they have a place to wait while they do the work. Coffee, snacks, tea, hot water. A big screen TV. As a dealer it can be $$$ but they do good work.

We stopped there a couple of days to determine if we were going to buy a car. The sales people were pretty attentive and informative but they werent really pests. We eventually ended up buying an electric car for a pretty reasonable price. We got the extras like tint and extended warranty so we padded our own price but it was still manageable. They worked a reasonable deal for us and so we were satisfied. When we got the actual delivery of the car we noticed the car wasnt as clean as you would expect when driving it for the first time. We also noticed 30 more miles on the car then when we signed for it. It couldnt have been from the extras we asked for like driving it to the tint shop because that is done on a later appointment. We let that go but put it in their national survey when we were asked to fill out out. When I had the appointment for the tint and paint sealant they gave me a loaner which I was happy to get but the car wasnt the best. It was kinda scary to drive but thankfully it was only for a day. Overall our experience was okay and I would consider buying another electric car from them.
We went out to see a car that was advertised on Craigslist. We were met buy the sales rep that I had talked to. He was very pleasant and enjoyed talking to him. After looking at the car my wife and I decided flat it wasnt the car for us. Thanked our sales rep and left. At no time did we feel pressured to buy that car or any other car on the lot.

Lurk customers in with fake inventory. Called 1-2 hours for an ad of a vehicle. Confirm availability. Went down there, was told they couldnt find it. Sale person said, it is new, so, it could be at the service department, waiting for inspection. Showed us another very dirty old one instead. A trick used to trick customers to buy new vehicle. We refused to see new one. By then, was told the one we wanted to see was sold.Ya right, we could believe that.
Had my car serviced 3 months ago and it was a Great Experience. I was only in the Customer Waiting Area for only about an hour before my car was ready to go. Great Customer Service!

I recently leased a 2019 Frontier Midnight Edition. My salesperson (Brennan) was actually exceptional and very helpful. But still you have to fight for everything you want. Once in the financ office take it slow and pay attention to the fine print. Scrutinize all of the paperwork before signing it. Dont take anything for granted! On the other hand, my experience with the service department was 1st class. The truck had a cosmetic problem which Patti handled with grace and expediency. The service department is a beacon in a sea of turmoil. Tony Nissan gets 4 out of 5 stars.

Brought my car in because,after work last night I couldnt start my car. A coworker gave me a jump, to start my car. I called Tony Honda early in the morning to get a appointment to check out my battery. I arrived at Tony Honda and was greeted with a friendly acceptance and verifying my appointment. They look at my car to let me know that my battery needed to be change and he said it would be change about 40 minutes . After a little wait, my car was done.All of this in less then a hour. I always get great service went I come Tony Honda. From start to finish.I wouldnt trust my car with no one else. Thank you.

I bought an Accord on 15 October, when I pick the car up on the next day, 2 rims got big scratch. They let me go back one week later to change the rims. On 17 October, they called me said I need to provide my SSN card, which I asked them on the day I pick the car up and they said they didnt need. So I went back, give them the SSN card, and 3 days later, I went back again for changing rims.On 21 November, they called me again said they couldn`t register the car and get license plate because my non-residence form expired. That form is good for 30 days when it initiated. The dealership should know that since they sell thousands cars to military member on island. But they wouldnt go to DMV in 30 days and wait until it expired. So 40 days after I bought this car, I still drive with temporary license.At least the staffs are friendly, but they should do better job to make the purchasing smooth, instead of making customer come back again and again.

A decent dealership for maintenance, inspections and upkeep of my Honda CRV. They are a bit pricy on some things but great on others. I hate changing my oil and filter, so they do it for about $75 depending on what you get. Usually they throw in a free car wash as well from the car was next door. If you need an air filter replaced, just order the part and do it yourself. 5 minutes of work and they wanted to charge me $40.
I was particularly impressed with the Hyundai side service department. Pomai is a superstar.! Ashley is another star performer! They made my service repair so personable and they went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of!
What a zoo that whole area is with parking and traffic and pedestrians and car dealers and Costco and what have you. But I did get pretty quick service at the service department at Tony Honda for which I am grateful even though I somehow found it appropriate to begin with negative statements. Yes, I would like some cheese with that whine.

Tony Honda service department cant be trusted. Back in Nov 2017 I took my 2016 Honda pilot to them for an oil change and a recall on the Transmission system. I was informed by John that the oil change was completed but he had to order parts for the recall. In December they called to notify me that the parts were in and to bring the vehicle in. Last week while driving from Ewa to Fort Shafter to work every light on my dash came on and transmission and emissions system error codes flashed. I immediately drive my vehicle to Honda. Come to find out both Josh and John (employees) lied about ordering parts for the recall and fixing the problem. Now my entire transmission and short block has to be replaced because my transmission fluid and engine oil has been mixing. I was also informed that it will take about a month to get my vehicle back so they got me a rental (Dodge Caravan). Im so fustratated and disappointed in the service or lack there of we have received at this location. Hopefully this doesnt happen to any other family. You guys have to do better by your customers.
