Awesome customer service, honest prices, and A LOCALLY OWNED business!!! I was quoted over $700 at Midas Waipahu to change my break pads and rotors! Took it to Shannon and Malia and paid $400. Glad I found them😊

Staff was nice, however, charging me over $60 for the 2 minutes it took to change two blinker light bulbs, its way too much. I could have done it by myself if I wasnt a disabled wheelchair-bound Iraq veteran.

The Auto Geniuses come highly recommended by people - and I now understand why. For people, especially women, who are not very well versed about cars and repairs, the biggest fear is always being suckered or conned into paying for something that isn’t broken, or duped into making you think your car needs more repair than it actually needs. It’s so valuable finding an auto repair shop that you can trust - with genuine people you feel who are sincere about wanting to help you - with no BS attached.I was unfortunate to buy a lemon off a guy in Craigslist, and Malia and Shannon were the most amazing people to help me with my car’s repairs. After being badly screwed over by another local mechanic, shannon dug deep into my vehicles problem, explained what was initially done incorrectly, gave me a price and fixed the problem as promised. There was a confusion about payment. If I was told cash only without a fee I would have shown up with cash. Because I used my debit card I was charged the same 3.5 terminal fee as a credit card. I was confused. I want to say that the job was great and all repairs were beyond expectation. Thank you

First off, this husband and wife duo, works great together and cares about you and your vehicle. Malia was very customer service oriented, patient and upfront. Shannon was very knowledgeable and honest on what needed to get done first in terms of priority due to the problems he diagnosed. In addition, he was transparent with everything for example: pricing of parts, labor and expected timeframe. Moreover, his forsight and consideration for the financial aspects of the job was brilliantly offered into options for me to choose.
