The team at LS Automotive have always provided our family phenomenal service. They really are as good as their ratings reflect. I have used them multiple times over the years for varying services and each time they accurately diagnosed the problem and always gave upfront and reasonable pricing. My vehicle was stalling at random times on the road and they accurately diagnosed what the dealership was incapable of doing and did it for significantly less. While conducting the original work required, they identified other issues and repaired them without trying to charge additional diagnostic or labor fees. They had my vehicle running like new and ever since then we have only utilized LS Automotive for our familys vehicle maintenance. On another occasion I was conducting maintenance on my vehicle and went to change the spark plugs and coils on my own. After completing the installation, I started having some power issues with the vehicle. I stopped by with the vehicle and the gentlemen were able to diagnose the issue on the spot and did not charge me. I ran to Zippy’s to grab some doughnuts and picked up some Gatorade for their staff as a thank you. I strongly recommend LS Automotive as your first stop for vehicle maintenance and repair. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, I wouldn’t even go here for an oil change. I made an appointment to have what I thought was going to be a flush for my transmission (Toyota recommended) they said we got it no worries we’ll take care of you. I was quoted 350$ which was fine by me until I saw the work that they did. No procedure was followed for how the service is supposed to be preformed. New Tacoma’s don’t have dipsticks and the only way to check the proper level in the transmission is to get it up to a specific temperature which a good shop should have a scan tool to do so. Not only was my transmission overfilled but different fluid was mixed it. After I watched them only do a drain and fill and not a full flush on my transmission. I tried to talk to them to see what was up they told me they didn’t have the machine to do the flush! Which I was clear on the phone I wanted a flush. Whole reason I called! They then tried to charge me an extra $100 to drain and fill it again. $100 for 4 quarts of fluid. A case of fluid (12 quarts) isn’t even $100. On top of that I didn’t get out of there till about 2pm, why make an appointment one week in advance and schedule a drop off at 8am and be told should be finished before noon then. With no updates. I’m now going to another shop which laughed about all of this. What I would really want is a REFUND!

Very nice staff. Went in for a diagnostic test because my transmission had a leak, the guys ended up just looking for the leak and fixing it within the first 15minutes and only charged me for the clamp that they replaced instead of the diagnostic which would’ve been $150. Good job guys

These guys are legit. Brought my F350 in multiple times for different reasons. Each time they were up front about cost and let me know when they didnt need to replace/fix something. I have transmission trouble with my car and the mechanic actually scared me that he would charge me $7k to fix it... but instead he directed me to go to nissan because he probably knew at it may still be under warranty based on the info that i gave him.i scheduled an appointment at tony nissan and they fix my 2016 nissan altima transmission problems free of charge.... i only paid $43 for tire rotation... it only took them 2 weeks to fix it because they waited for the parts to arrive.these are the people that we should trust with our vehicles... very knowledgeable at what they do and with integrity. upfront and very professional.

Awesome work by John and his team. He ordered and replaced my 2012 Sonic Radiator fan while I was waiting, damn he was fast. Much appreciated John and definitely will let family and friends know about this place.

My estimate from another auto shop was 5000 to change radiator, a/c and timing belt. Of course way too much, Id rather purchase a new car. Anyway, found LS automotive on Yelp with great reviews and decided to check them out. Lester checked the car within an hour and said my radiator was leaking and the A/c blower needed to be changed. I asked if he could do it today and he said yes!!! Plus he estimated about 600 total for the work. Great shop, very reasonable, super friendly workers and awesome work.

THEY ARE AWESOME!Both times that Ive taken my car in, the guys were friendly, really quick and did a phenomenal job.I love that theyre honest about what needs to be fixed and charges accordingly.Today I needed the exterior door handle fixed.Charged my Kindle and IPad.John changed it in less than an hour!No time to read a book or watch a movie :DThe cost literally was half of the highest quote I got elsewhere.Thanks guys!!!

I had taken all my cars to John Davis and he alwayz does the job right the first time. He might be pricey but he gets the job done right and Ive never had problems for years. He is the most honest mechanic Ive known and knows his stuff son I would refer anyone to him.

Outstanding Auto Shop! I highly recommend this place. One of the most honest body shops you’ll ever find. My car started making a loud squeaking noise. From what friends told me, my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. I went on Amazon and bought all replacements for my car. I was initially taking it to Goodyear but found out they would charge me roughly $500 just to replace my brakes and rotors. Keep in mind I bought all supplies, just needed installation. I saw many recommendations to LS Automotive so I decided to give them a call for a quote. I quickly realized how nice and affordable they were. Once dropped off, Lestor called me back to let me know that all four brakes didn’t need replacing. I was shocked to know this because other shops would have changed them anyway and took my money and charged full price! Not this place; they do the right thing! They even serviced my back brakes for free. My neighborhood app recommended this place and boy, am I not disappointed. It’s hard to find an honest body shop as it is. Super happy I found this place. I will be doing business with them for years to come! Thank you Lestor and technicians! You guys are a great team!
