Repairs Done Right is ironic name of a shop that provided me with services that damaged my car. The owner Billy had performed a horrendous job servicing my vehicle.Billy’s workmanship and professionalism was nonexistent when working with me; unfortunately, he had forgotten the basic simple functions of double checking the work he had done. My car was returned to me damaged.I returned to see Billy about my car to be greeted with an implosion of unchecked anger and toxic pride in his work. After explaining to him there was a problem with my car, he pointed to his certificate and said there was no problem with it and that he is a certified mechanic. Not only did I spend an obscene amount of money ($1900) when he initially would have charged me $1200.Billy’ assistants had forgotten to tighten certain brackets in my car which lead to potential safety hazards.All In all, Billy had lied to me about the price he had charged, was unable to double check his work, which then lead to my car being further damaged and he was not willing to hear the problems the customer had. He walked away angry and unable to respond coherently.Especially astounding is that he returned my car to me with the hood rod jammed against the drivers belt. The drivers belt was being scraped against it and he was unable to figure this out in the car.Unfortunately I will not be going to see him again for any other work and would highly recommend staying away from Billy and Repairs Done Right.

Billy was nice and friendly. The job was done fast while I was waiting for the car. Sat in his nice waiting room. Yes, I will go there again to have my car fixed in the future

Came in to get a compressor replaced for my Car AC. I was stunned by the great price I was given and the honesty of the mechanic. If youve got a Honda that needs fixing, this is the place to take it!The only downside was that it took most of the day to get the car fixed, but compressor replacement takes awhile anyway and I was a walk in, so it was totally reasonable.

Way to overpriced for an alternator replacement. The repair almost cost me $900. He double the cost for the Alternator and labor. Fool me once shame on me...never again.

Owner is quick and easy going. He was always on time with the work and went the extra mile as well. Worked with him a couple of times and even called him to validate work done on the car elsewhere and he gave me a straight answer. Trustworthy in my books.

Came in at 11am to replace left front axle. Job was done at 11:30. This experience might be the different for everyone but for me cot damn.

You basically pay for what you get or what needs to be done, promised wait time was as promised, workers were nice and friendly, was able to diagnose problem on the stop. I would definitely go back to then again.

This guy was the complete opposite of professional even laughing as I asked him questions. Not to mention trying to charge $600 to $700 to replace three wheel studs which I’ve done before I just don’t have the time . I would avoid if I were you !

I have taken two cars in to Billy for motor mount replacements. He is quick, honest and reliable. There is not much more you can ask for in a mechanic.

Billy took my vehicle in on Saturday afternoon and had it up and running by Sunday! Most of all the cost was reasonable compared to other work I’ve had done at other locations. Will definitely return for future service.

Billy seems legit. I would have to use the place a few more times before I can be sure its a five star as I reserve that for full on demi-gods, but definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.

Your parts are double the price! Labor 1 hour $140.00.. lol your not the dealership? You do what you got to do...
