The workers here are amazing! While waiting in line to wash our car in preparation for my daughters high school graduation that evening, a bystander pointed out we had a very flat tire. We went straight to Goodyear Waipahu Town Center to see if we could purchase a new tire so we could get my daughter to her graduation. Although they were booked, the boys in the back helped us right away by quickly changing our tire and replacing it with our spare. Within 10 minutes everything was done and at no charge. Goodyear service is like no other! They helped us in a time of extreme need and we were able to get my daughter to her graduation on time! Thank you Goodyear for your outstanding customer service. We will definitely be back to get our tire replaced with you!

Thanks to the guys at the Waipahu Goodyear Shop. They took me in close to closing time with no problems. It was just a loose flat tire but they were pretty busy. Great customer service, they listen very closely to what the customer wants to make sure its done their way. I appreciate Tony, he was very helpful. Got my tires mounted and ready to go in no time.

They had a good deal on oil change and fluid inspections. I dropped off at 9am and the guy told me it would be done in 60 to 90 mins. I came back about 2 hours later and it wasnt done yet. Im sitting in the waiting area now and its been 4 hours since I dropped it off. I have been waiting around here for 2 hours. For an oil change and differential fluid change. I wouldnt mind if they told me to just come back in the afternoon but this is ridiculous. Def not coming back here.

Went in for an alignment after lifting my truck. All they did was adjust the tie rods and sent me on my way, truck was still pulling hard to right, went back in and told me I would have to buy aftermarket parts to adjust the bad caster...upon further inspection they never even touched my caster/camber bushings on my truck. Very poor effort, not at all happy. Brought my truck to Scottys Alignment and he had it fixed within the hour of my appointment unlike Goodyear where I waited 5 hours to pick up my truck. Dont waste your time or money with this place.

The guys at the shop are great. Super helpful, accessible, accurate with info, fair pricing, pretty good on managing time. I appreciate the work they do. Weve been going to them for some time now and they have been consistent. We recommend them fully.

Went here to fix my tire. They told me that they could search it up. I told the the size of my tires and what type. After that he claimed that they can get the tires down the street. I only need one tire but he said that its better to get a set. I did. Went out they fixed it fast. When I went back to pick up my car I sat down waiting. Moments later a man came by complaining that his car was having a problem after he brought it into their workshop. Here is the problem. I didnt get the type of tires I requested and immediately after I took it out to pick up my girlfriend the SAME wheel made a screeching noise. I called good year and told them the problem. And they were telling me that I was still using the spare tires. That baffles me considering that they were the ones who changed ALL my tires. I double checked my tires and they all had the good year brand. The spare bolts and wheels are inside my car. Paid +$640 me and my girlfriend getting stuck on the road.

Visited Goodyear to complete wheel alignment after replacing outer tie rod. Customer service working with Tony and Chris has always been very good. Willing to adjust appointment time as they were having issues with another vehicle on alignment rack. Completed alignment that day. Infact, Tony recommended I call back prior to adjusted appointment time to confirm rack was available.

I will never use this goodyear again. I wish I could post a picture of the Invoice for the $850 they wanted to charge me for the four tires they told me I needed after coming in for an alignment. They try to upcharge everything, dont honor coupons and take advantage of women who are not knowledgeable of cars. Shame on you. I also had to wait 4 hours for an oil change with an 11am appointment. Shame on you.

I got a synthetic oil change that should last between 6k & 10k miles but they told me its only good for 3k miles... why would I get synthetic vs standard oil if its only going to last 3k miles? Wish I knew that before I paid $70 vs $35 for standard...I asked them what the mileage for synthetic is and they told me it is whatever the manufacturer recommendation is and couldnt tell me exactly how many miles their synthetic lasts for...I called Toyota and they said it is whatever the oil manufacturer recommends their oil to last... I believe that when you go somewhere to get professional service you should receive professional service and be given honest answers and not rip off your customer.Also it was pretty convenient that I happen to find a nail in my tire that same day... but Ill give them the benefit of the doubt! Just so pissed I got synthetic and its only good for 3k... B.S.!

They picked me up at 5:45pm saying my vehicle was done. Got there and vehicle was still on the lift. Waited over two hours after that and ended up paying more then the initial amount they gave me two days prior which was supposedly after a military discount. It finally finished at around 8:15pm. I dropped it off at 8:30am that morning. Then went to my car to go home and my ABS light was on which was not on when I dropped it off. So I have to call them back tomorrow morning. But I did appreciate the ride home at drop off and the ride to Goodyear that night.

Outstanding service from the gents at this Goodyear. Ended up forgetting my registration at their store and they called to tell me and then held it until I could return. Thanks again guys!

I will never use this Goodyear again. Horrible customer service. Once I arrived I wasn’t asked what service I needed they just assumed I needed an oil change. I wanted the noise my car was making to be s evinced basically, I told him I think it’s the band, well figure he didn’t even say there was supposed to be a diagnostic done for the service, the noise is still there. Nothing was fixed. Maybe if they asked and informed correctly his wouldn’t happen.

I was put on a 5 hour waiting list at another location, and decided to come to the Waipahu Goodyear. It was a bit of wait, but everyone was extremely courteous and did all they could for a quick job, even with being an employee short. DEFINITELY shorter than a 5 hour wait. Thank you guys for all your help today, definitely my Papas favorite Goodyear. Thanks also to Tony, faafetai!

I drop.off my car around 1050am didnt went in service around 1215pm done around 100pm i waiting for 2hours get for a oil change

It was extremely slow. The store location makes it really hot during afternoon hours, there is no water for customers or and window shades.

They have always made sure the car has been checked out throughly.

Ill never go back to this place ever again...

If I could input 0 ZERO, I WOULD, I waited 4hours for a oil change and thats after sechuding an appointment. 10am-2pm. AND THEN THEY DIDNT PUT ENOUGH OIL, AHHH JUST UNREAL, TOO MANY YOUNG BOYS AND DISHONEST WORK...

One of the mechanics put air in my tires when I needed it badly while they were slammed free of charge. This is a example of Aloha. Thanks guys will come here again!
