I love coming here to get ice cream for the kids! They have so many flavors! Also my kids love their ice cream cakes!!! It’s so worth it for their birthdays .

Greeted when we walked in the door. Shop is very nice and clean, except kids table. But the idea of a kids area is very cute. Staff were friendly and answered all of our questions. Great place for a delicious snack.

Awesome ice cream. Had the baseball flavor one...they havent had it since. Best flavor ever. The Mililani location was even open during the hurricane on Thursday.

My husband eats ice cream every night before bed. So were here once or even twice a week! Jenna, who just knows how to make our banana royal. Im not sure why some workers put the banana on the bottom, when you gotta scoop under to get it. Which makes your ice cream over flow. They have to make it how its advertise, bananas are a topping! Jenna, makes it just the way it should be. Its busy as heck, and shes still smiling letting us know theyll be with us soon. Shes fast and always jamming. When shes working, we have no problem leaving a few bucks for her professional and quickness on the line. Thank you for picking her up! You wanna keep the ones that does your company good!

Lumiaina/Waikele Store - I placed an order online for pick up today for those DIY kits not knowing they needed to be 24 hrs in advanced. Frustrated when we picked it up the employee was very flexible with helping me since I needed it right away. I wanted to thank her in a big way because it was a huge hit at our Memorial Day get together cuz it was so hot. To the lady that made it work.. thank you so much 😁

Awesome place. Huge selection of flavors. Located in a tourist spot area, so if you dont mind waiting for a little. Parking is quite tight. If you planning to go here on weekends, be ready to park far.

Went to eat a late lunch and stopped at Baskin-Robbins. Took home some ice cream to enjoy later. No crowds, picked up item, paid and went home.

Simply put it. The consistency with this place is pretty great. Never had issues.

3 stars for the ice cream only. What a joke, walkin on a Friday and its crowded. Grab a number only to find out the two guys are not calling numbers. Whos next inline...really!!! Eveyone who grabbed a number start looking at each other. Please fix the process!

This shop is clean and kept clean which is important when you want to sit, relax and enjoy your sweets! Servers are friendly upon arrival, offer free samples with a smile and are fast!
