I made my stop in Times Supermarket Royal Kunia specifically to buy raw sugar which they did have in stock. Some supermarkets don’t carry the raw sugar. Store was nice and clean, employees friendly and helpful, fast check out. Large parking lot. Definitely enjoyable shopping.

Convenient and only grocery store located in Kunia. Prices are high here though but still alot of good variety of things and also hot food if your looking for a quick place to grab lunch.

The Employees are always very helpful and makes me feel like a special customer always going out of their way for the customers convenience. This location in Kunia is my favorite place to go to by far. Fresh produce every day. I believe the other times in Waipahu could learn from the Kunia location.

Staff at the produce department is excellent. I added one more order of fruit basket before new year - he finished it within half hour and it was nicely done. Awesome.1/29/2021 - I always order my fruit baskets at Times Kunia.Today ordered a fruit basket over the phone today (which I normally do). He asked me when I want to pick up. I said when do you think you can get it done?. He said half an hout, about 11:45 (I called around 11:10 - 11:15). I said okay. After I gave the name and number he said You know when you order fruit basket, you need to give me more time. Huh? I asked him when he can get it done. I did not rush him. I didnt say I need it now. He was the one who said half an hour. I didnt set the time. I cancelled my order instead. I was really happy with the service before.

All good. Really fresh produce and great poke.

Pretty big layout. Wish they would carry more varieties of fresh Asian veggies, etc. like their other store in Mililani.

Times has very good plate lunches at usually reasonable prices. Their lau lau and Hawaiian plates are excellent and their meatloaf, pork adobo and roast pork plates are very good.

Aloha,May I start with their very friendly service Staff. This pandemic has made the usual shopping experience a little more crucial where customers need to be more careful and mindful while shopping among others. However, the staff and set up of the store made it a much easier routine with much social distancing guidelines appied and quite easy to follow. With a 100% masked rule enforced and markers the entire store ensured social distancing of 6ft. was maintained by each and everyone. The store was exceptionally clean and check out stands were well maintained following each customer. I was impressed. All the workers and customers of the Royal Kunia Times Supermarket should be very proud.Enjoy! And Mahalo Nui 🤙

My mother suggested for me to go there for fresh fruits and produce because they are among the best as far as cleanliness and freshness. She also said they dont need special cards to get discounts! Unlike other supermarkets where you have to enter your phone number to get the discounted price. Yaaassss!!! Every one gets the low price. All supermarkets should be this way!I did go and was not disappointed!!! I plan to visit Times Supermarket again!

Kunia Times has the best pharmacy. They know you by name and seem to really care. Plenty local produce. Pretty good poke section. Great liquor selection. The best neighborhood grocery store.

I go to get my refill waters, convenient. Then of-course I gotta go look see what goodies they got😋Aloha🌺

I remember shopping there with my husband before, one of your workers, she wears the gray shirt, she has makeup on and I’m not sure about her name but it started with an “ L “ I guess but she yelled at her workers who was known to be the “ wagon grabbers “ I guess ‘ she yelled at them to clear the lot when I saw them in my own eyes clearing out the parking lots ‘ poor thing ‘ they had no wagons out there but she still yelled at one of them to grab the wagons.

The young lady that was working today was beyond rude! I tried to overlook her attitude but I can not. I purchased Salmon, and two different types of poke today.

The store is clean and bright. Most grocery items are readily available and easy to find. Every once in a while I find some difficulty locating an item, its not always clear exactly where an item might be found. But thats only happened a few times in the four years Ive shopped here. The prices are comparable for shopping in town (read high prices if youre military and have access to the Commissary) but it is conveniently just down the road so if Im not getting much, I like to save time and dont mind paying a little extra.

Went to the store at around 10:40am and two Times workers fighting near the stairwell at left side. A woman and male. I let the manager working customer service know, and ask where’s his security? I use to see them at the entrance. But he just says “that has nothing to do with us.” He never bothers to ask any questions or call security. none of the workers seemed to care. I guess they hate their job so much they have fights in the stairwell 🤷🏻‍♂️

I paid $16 worth of sauce instead of Poki. My 1lb was filled all sauce & have the amount of poki. Talk about rip off.n I wasnt trying to be rude but Aiea Times is the Best on the Island. They have no sauce what so ever it all straight POKI.

Amazing customer service

Times is our go to store. Great seafood choices, meats and produce. Staff is awesome, parking is complicated but there. They have a hot plate service area. Pay at register take receipt to back and pick up food. Their is a bathroom not in store. You will have to leave an ID in exchange for the keys. The bathroom is on the second floor, if you are parked on first and need wheel chair accessibility ...there is no elevator. Only steps and an escalator. Prices are decent but if you need more its better to go buy in bulk .

I like Times. They have to have some decent sales but its location is a little too far for me from where I live. But I like how if its on sale, its just on sale. No club card, no coupon needed, just on sale.You do need to bring your own bags though, otherwise you will be charged for a bag. But they have a sign outside to remind you to bring your bags in. I wish more stores did this.The shelves are nicely stocked and the cashiers are pretty quick.

The staff is so friendly! The produce is really nice with a lot of locally grown items. I wish they had more frozen vegetable selections, but otherwise they offer a good variety of groceries.

Employees are always friendly and ready to help. Check out lines may look long but they are fast. Love the flow of products as you walk through the store and best of all the store is always clean and neat.

I just like shopping at times in kunia. The staffs are so friendly and the I do save a lot of money.The sales are awesome; go and shop there and you know what Im talking about 🙂

Had everything that we needed. Were staying at the Marriott vacation club property and its only about 15 minutes away. The food were reasonably priced. It also sold beer, liquor, and wine so for us it was a one stop shop.

Great poke counter! Great fine wine and liquor selection! Decent domestic/imported/craft beer selection. Kauai cigars available. This location has a pharmacy, bank, take out sushi deli, take out bento deli, expansive produce department! No bakery, deli counter, or florist counter at this location. Kunia Times.

Deli offers great plate lunches at affordable prices. Daily specials for each day of the week. Friendly, fast, service.

Times is stepping up their game. I especially love their prices. Their plate lunches and poke bowls have great prices and tastes good. Todays lunch for my family:Beef stew =$7.99Lau Lau plate = $7.49Poke bowl = $6.49And the plate lunches come with a drink.Great thing is that theyre fast and the wait is short.

I always loved to shop at times super market. ..but I always make my list otherwise. ..I forget what I need. Coz lots of goodies. .

Everything is always well stocked and fresh the prices are very good too and well worth the driving. I live on the other end of Waipahu, EZ access to freeway! 👍👍👍👍👍

Went to do some banking business at CPB. Tellers are helpful and courteous during my visit.

I generally like the Times Supermarket chain but this one feels really sketchy. The couple nights Ive come in there have been people walking around the parking lot. Theres also been a morbidly obese loss prevention officer stink-eyeing the the people leaving the store. The store is large and spacious but just feels weird. Theres a whole back section of the store where stuff just sits on pallets on the floor like a wholesaler instead of on shelves like a grocery store.

Just because this grocery market is far from city limits, one can still get reasonable priced items.

Its a great neighborhood grocery store and they have a poke bar now, which is actually pretty good as far as grocery store poke goes. The prices are little high for my taste.
