I had an exceptional experience renting a storage space at CubeSmart. Both Grant and Margaret were very friendly and extremely helpful every step of the process. They answered all of my questions (and I had a lot!)I was about to reserve online when I decided to go up the street to measure their freight elevator and check out the place. When I got back home, the offer for one free month was no longer there. I called them up and explained what happened, and they told me they would honor the offer! It is obvious that this is a well-run business with good people and superb customer service!!

Reserving a storage unit on line made the process very easy, and saved a bit of money as well. Margaret was pleasant, yet business like. She explained everything to us, and showed us the storage space, explained the lock and the way to get in and out of the premises.

We were shown the space we intended to rent and we advised of a more fitting one. Well experienced team paid off.

The manager, Margaret Parks, was extremely friendly and helpful. She was a great help and made the whole experience lovely. I thought the thank you cards that where hand written we extremely thoughtful. No one ever takes the time to say thank you and not to mention hand writing every thank you. I was very impressed. I had looked around at a few diffrent storage facilities in my area and by far the CubeSmart facility not only was pretty much brand new, I felt more secure storing my personal belongings there than any of the other establishments I had looked at prior. The Manager Kim was also extremely attentive from the the second i walked into the door. She quickly gave me the breakdown of the diffrent units they had available and their price diffrences. I had been trying to decide if a 20 was large enough for what I needed and without a hesitation she offered to take me to a few diffrent ones so i could really get a feel for how much space Iwas going to need. The first storage place i had visited the manager took a few phone calls before even acknolaging I was even standing there. Kim was awesome!!! I decided to take the unit the following day and being it was on the day before thanksgiving I needed to get it before the holiday weekend rolled around so i could move. Due to a work emergency that afternoon there was no way i was going to make it there before they closed. Kim was very accomadating and ended up staying open late an extra 1/2 on her own time because she knew my situation. Thus is the reason I am giving her and Cubesmart a 5 star rating. Kim went above and beyond accomadationg me and my perdicament. Not sure what else to say other than she was Awesome!! Cubesmart was awesome!!! Had a great experience!!
