I used Paul Taylor a few months ago for a multi day project in Cambridge, MA. The crew was highly reliable. They were on time and hard working every day.

Very nice People and quick loading process

Highly recommend Taylor! This is the 3rd time that Ive used them for an out of town local move. The crew has been courteous, professional, and in beast mode every time. Not one belonging has ever been damaged or lost. Our Queen box spring mattress did not fit up our new narrow, turning staircase. They brought it up through a 2nd floor window with ease. Incredible. I cant say enough good things about this company.

Wow, I am in shock at how bad the customer service was at this company! I wanted to book a GO-Mini and Bob had told me he would call me the next day and get my card number and book the reservation he calls me weeks later to confirm a reservation for tomorrow...umm what? He never bothered to call back as he said he would the next day it all seemed very odd because I was ready to give him the card number that day and book it. But I am glad I didnt because it seems like he doesnt have a clue whats going on really! I am glad I went with MIBOX instead! They have better pricing as well!

Pat, Tyrone and Zach did an exceptional job for me on the hottest day of the year. I would use Paul Taylor again but honestly hope I never to have to move again!
