Joe was very very helpful! Took his time to answer my questions even though I asked the same questions. Shared his experience & advice on services that other carriers provided. Made sure I had everything that I needed. If you want someone whom gives undivided attention & cares about ATT customer’s. I would recommend this location well as Joe.
Manager Brandon has been a huge help to my wife and I. He welcomed us as soon as we walked into the store and provided excellent customer service the whole time. He was very knowledgeable about the phones that we picked out. He made sure that we understood everything and answered every question for us. I have been recommending my family and friends to go to him. It’s great to know that there is still people out there giving great customer service.
I had a wonderful experience at the att store in St. Charles mall. All the gentlemen were helpful and knowledgeable. Brandon, the store manager was extremely helpful and handled my situation amazingly. I would definitely recommend anyone to come to this location, as they handle you, the customer, with care and carefulness and listen to what exactly you need and want without getting frustrated with your many questions and concerns.
Anthony gave extraordinary customer service. I have been a customer for nearly 3 to 4 years and this has been the Best of the best visits. I was ready to switch carriers but Anthony toke the time and patience to explain my plan and to help my husband and I to get a better plan that fits our needs. Not everyone that has a job loves their job. I can tell that Anthony LOVES what he does and understands the company as well as what each phone does. We enjoyed his company while at the store and we will be back even if its just to say Hi!! If there is anyone that needs new service, a new phone, or looking for a different carrier I would hands down recommend this store inside the Mall in Waldorf to allow Anthong to help and assist you. I went into the AT&T Mall Circle location with no intention of purchasing anything, was simply browsing. Immediately Brandon welcomed me and started asking questions regarding my needs/wants in a mobile provider. After listening to all the information he gave me on the latest devices I decided to open an account and purchased the iPhone XR for my son. Brandon’s service was phenomenal. I will definitely recommend this location to all my friends who have AT&T.
The store manager there was awesome. I believe his name is Brandon. He not only explained everything in terms that even I could understand... He also distracted my impatient little ones with a kid-friendly YouTube video on his phone. He was very patient and helpful. And he made it seem like I was the most important customer, even though he was also acknowledging other customers. I never felt rushed or like I was a burden. Kudos to your store for employing such a great individual.

I was sadly looking to upgrade my S7 Active. The manager Brandon was awesome and really took the time to help me actually choose a phone best suited for me. He asked alot of questions to determine how I use my phone. He then showed me different options based on that feedback. At the time, they did not have working demos on all the phones so Brandon helped me look up reviews and videos to compare and we discussed everything. He was extremely customer friendly and he said if I have any questions or need any help not to hesitate coming back in. And for once, I believe it. This will be my AT&T store of choice from here on out.
Please review this company’s BBB rating before you sign up there is a lot of trickery and lies that go into the way they operate. They promise you the sun moon and stars to get you signed up then they trap you in a crazy contract and don’t deliver. People please document all problems with BBB and FCC they cannot continue to screw us over
This review is specifically regarding the customer service that Ive received in the past couple of years. Even more specifically, the customer service that Ive received from Brandon. In the past couple of years, hes helped not only me, but my daughter in purchasing the right phones for our needs. In our most recent transaction, he went far beyond his required duties to help me resolve a problem with my account and get me on my way to another upgrade. All-in-all, Brandon is the reason to visit this store. Hell get you where you need to be.

I started off today n I think so good. My phone was smashed I came into the store and Brandon took control of the situation I purchased a new phone and Brandon help me with the programming of my phone. Brandon was a very very big help and my day wasnt so bad after all.

I live in Oxon Hill, and I travel all the way to super Maryland just to go to this AT&T location. The store manager, Brandon, is a huge asset to the company. I go to that one to do business with him. He is so competent and reliable, he really knows what he’s doing.I’ve called customer service several times, gone to other locations before, and I’m always told that I’m in the best plan for my situation... that is until Brandon really listened and looked into everything that I had. Not only did he remove services that I wasn’t using, and didn’t know I was paying for, but he saved me money. Needless to say, he saved me from breaking my contract and switching to a different company.
Brandon and Anthony were very professional, customer focused and extremely detailed in explaining the features of my new IPhone SS MaxVery good job

I had a. Thy wonderful customer service with Brandon and Anthony at the Waldorf, MD location in the ST. CHARLES MALL. Anthony was very knowledgeable of all services offered by AT&T. If I could rate him on a one to ten scale he would receive a ten.
****Updated/Revised Interim Review As Of 2019****I have never been to this particular AT&T Store. But I called this store in 2018 very recently to ask about whether or not they had heard of Google Fi. I had never heard of Google Fi until a message about it popped up while I was browsing the Internet in 2018 and at first, I thought that message might have been Spam. Once I confirmed that it wasnt spam, I knew I had to call AT&T out of an abundance of caution since at that time, I was closely watching and waiting to see what, if any, new Samsung phones i.e. the Samsung S10 was going to launch in 2019. I did not want Anything to get in my way and/or contractually delay me getting an S10 (if an S10 was going to be released as was rumored at the time). I spoke with Brandon about it (Brandon is a Store Manager at this location) and right off the bat I could tell he has excellent Telephonic Etiquette/Excellent Customer Service and Care skills, and he has a wonderful sense of humor too. Brandon explained Google Fi to me and his information helped me out a lot. I plan to visit this store soon and I will update this Review after my visit.
Purchased the buy one get one free promotion for the IPhone 8 back in July and was told the employee discount could be apply. No fault of the manager, Brandon, since he called customer service to verify the discount would apply. We are now 4 months later and still dealing with the discount issue. Both Anthony (Sales Rep) and Brandon (Manager) have been helpful and accommodating every month is trying to get this resolved but I have lost patience with what seems to be an antiquated billing system. After calling customer service and speaking with Jaimary, she researched and has determined the information provided regarding the discount was incorrect based on the type of plan/promotion. However, she was great and offering the auto pay discount to try and get the bill inline more of what was expected. Still upset because the bill is running more than expected so still disappointed in that. BUT..... customer service on this last call today (11/19/18) was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!
If I could give them no stars, I would. Jasmine was very helpful the first time I was there, Kip tried to help me this visit. But, his very rude, obviously inexperienced and over confident manager (I think his name was Sam) swooped in. All I heard after that was cant and wont with a lot of attitude. I didnt get any solutions or anything positive to make me feel better. I felt stuck without any options and cornered. I will never be back here and I would recommend that everyone else avoid this place. Both times, I was there for a couple hours. Nothing good about this place.
