Was given wrong information when asked the value of the items I was bringing in so I wasted my time bringing them in to trade to get the GameStop special and receive 14$ so ofcourse I didn’t take that offer. Won’t say too much on their controller tester, all functions of controller work even tested this morning to see if the controller had any defects works perfectly but somehow the left trigger doesn’t work when they test it…. So I’ll leave that there! I honestly would give this place 3 cause they are good people but, I’ve had problems before in the past, and this was my last time going to try GameStop for a solution. I say if you’re looking to get value for trade ins, you’re better of selling privately on social media. Other then when it comes to buying games and learning more of upcoming games these guys are friendly and know what they talking about when it comes to gaming.

Every young person knows GameStop, but if you are an adult did you know you can buy gently used games and new and used game consoles there? They have one of the largest selections of games in the Waldorf area. This store is larger and better stocked than the one at the local mall.

The store is actually pretty good when it comes to customer service. Its really good with stock. I believe the store is a bit to small for what they try to do with advertisement posters and such. Overall its a good store if your the type to get your game/console and go play.

Aside from the staff constantly giving me wrong information over time when I ask for it, they have been rude and just today when I get in, after being told I could do something at another Gamestop in the area, was told I cant here, and they looked at me as if I was speaking a different language. They refused to call the other Gamestop to confirm. All around poor customer service all too constantly.

I Drive past 2 Gamestops just to come to this location. Staff has always been extremely Knowledgeable been coming here over 9 years. Everyone is really nice store is always super clean and the most important thing to the staff is making sure you get the best deal possible and dont spend a arm and leg gaming is very costly nowadays!

I usually have good things to say about this store but that changed tonight. I went to pre-order a game today and was told to pick it up at midnight. I come at midnight, myself and a few others got turned away because we had no group code even though we wasnt informed of that. They guy that rang us up didnt even come out and own up to it smh terrible
