I had an awesome experience at Sprint, Smallwood dr. where the staff REALLY did major well with their customer service and treating others how you want to be treated. I had Maya assist me and she did an AWESOME JOB!!! KUDOS! She took her time to assist me with my issues and was very knowledgeable in what she was explaining. We need more stores that mirror the exemplifying customer service as I received today. Thank you to the manager, Nicole, for having such an awesome staff. I definitely applaud YOU ALL!

I initially came in the store with my cousin with no plans to get a phone. Armani talked my cousin and I into adding a line for myself. I was not aware of the promotions that were running on the 11 and I was not aware of the improvements of the service as well so that was a no brainer for me. Armani was able to explain the difference between sprint and other carriers and also the benefits of having device protection. I definitely will be referring my family to her from now on! And I will for sure be back for an Apple Watch later with room

I came to the Sprint Store to see Armani. The service I received is not what I receive at other locations. ARMANI’s service is beyond EXCELLENT! She made sure things were within my price ranged, offered me promotions I was not aware of, and helped me transfer all my information. I suggest anybody to come to the Sprint to see her! The service you receive is not like any other.

I arrived shortly before their posted hours. They let me right into the store. Corey waited on me. He established new sprint service for me, informed me on phones, and set up the phone I decided on. He was very informative about the plans and also the extras like insurance. He assisted me in selecting what works best for me. The other employees were very nice. When I left a short time later, it was getting crowded, but the level of service I received would be worth a wait. I would highly recommend this Sprint Store and Corey.

I walked in to upgrade my phone that I broke last night. They reviewed my plan and found that I was paying more than I needed to. By the time I left, not only did I upgrade to one of the newest (cool AF!) phones, but had a third free line, second tablet and a TV! It took a while for them to fix a lot on my plan but luckily the GM and Corporate rep were in today and got me all fixed up. With alllll of that extra I will STILL be paying less than I have been!! It pays to be patient and let them look up what your special offers are too.

Always receive great service when I go to my local Sprint Store. All the reps are friendly and have great customer service skills. Lots of knowledge up in there!!

I get the best Sprint service here 99% of the time. My customer rep. Curtis is always pleasant and professional. He has more than once gone beyond his duties to straighten out a problem I have had.

The slowest at service ever. With low staff all the time at this location, your looking to wait at least 1hour before you get called. If your lucky!!

Had to go there because my husband had to upgrade his phone. Great products and outstanding customer service.

Walked in, signed in, and waited more than 50 mins to pay my bill. But not only that this new speaker theyre advertising was on full blast like we were at a club, and I couldnt have a phone conversation. Unbelievable!!!

Phone did not have a crack on the screen when my wife gave it to the technician for USB repair. It took some time for the technician to come back and and informed my wife she cant fix the USB due to the crack on. She proceeded to put the screws back in the phone. My wife advised her there was not a crack on the phone when she gave. needless to say there was not a positive outcome for us due me writing this post. called and filled a complaint, Ive had good experience with Sprint in the past, so its rare for me to be writing a post like this.

Sprint customer service is ridiculous. (not the employees at that store) I have called numerous times and no one is able to find my account, old phone numbers, addresses, social security number, etc.....they say they dont see anything. Is that because they owe me???? Because in the past when I had their crappy services they sure knew me when it was time to pay that damn bill!
