August 14, 2021This location is awesome! The crew that works in this store is very helpful. They take the time to explain everything to you and makes sure that you have a pleasant experience while deciding and choosing your phone and theyre are not all about the sales but all about you as a customer which is rare now a day. Ive been with Cricket from the very start of the company and Ive never had a problem with signal and all. Unlimited everything for 2 lines under $100, who can beat that! Kevin, thank you again for your help and honesty. Will definitely recommend you guys to everyone.

Gabriel is the Man to see!!..we had problems porting our phone.. Gabriel was very patient and understanding..while at the same time waiting on other customers.. Gabriel..is very Tech savvy..He was very helpful in all aspects!!... undoubtedly the Best Service from a wireless associate..He should promoted!..it was well worth the trip from Reedville..Olga,Sonia and I Appreciate all you did for us!!

I went there the other day and was throughly impressed with the customer service of the employees! Gabriel and kenia were very helpful with the process of a new phone. I transferred over from metro Pcs and They made it so easy! I got the Samsung a32 and I was able to keep all of my information. Will definitely be returning for any other cell phone stuff

I needed to cancel a phone line on my plan and while I was there after speaking to the sales woman Amanda I decided to change my phone to the $60 unlimited plan ... Amanda was very friendly and professional and took care of everything I needed and had me out of the store super fast ... I am very happy with waldorf cricket and their service thank you cricket

Just went by the store at 10:20am and the store is still lock up with no lights on but the sign say its open i wont be doing business with them

This location in Waldorf MD on Business road, needs more staff members, up-beat attitude, and welcome greeting. The phone just rings, no one answers, always a different employee. I hate having to go inside. I get my cell phones from Game Stop, and its much cheaper. They activate the phone in the store as well. I barely go to the cricket store. Its dry and depressing. I can go on and on!!!!

Manager mumbled the whole time and didnt seem to care at all about my problem. We had to call Cricket and he kept talking at the same time as the guy on the phone (it was on speakerphone) which meant I couldnt understand either of them. Extremely frustrating experience, would avoid at all costs.

I should of listened to the reviews. This place is awful. First they had no air condition and it was blazing hot inside. The ONE person working there had an attitude and seem to get upset when anyone walked in the door. The place looks run down and dirty. I walked out without being served. Take the advice and find another location!

Been sitting here for 30 minutes. Hours say you open at 12 but its 12:30 and still no one. Ive watched several other customers wait and leave. This is why u need more employees. I drove over 50 miles and no ones here.

So rude and completely unprofessional. I had to stand there and wait for 10 minutes because the other employee walked in the back while I was clearly waiting to be waited on and then when he comes back out he sits down knowing I was waiting in line to pay a bill. This company should be mindful of whom they choose to employ. Will not be returning.

Piss poor service. I personally have another carrier but bought iPhones through cricket for my children. The customer service is horrible barley can speak English. The store and customer service is incompetent. They advertise deals thats false!!! Straight up liars!!!! The owner is never available and had to speak with a store manager Ms Brittany from a PH county location who tried her best to assist but was unsuccessful. Would I recommend cricket to anyone...HELL NO not my worst enemy😡😡😡😡😡😡

Better Customer Service At The DMV!I never leave reviews but this one was warranted the service here is dreadfully poor and they do not show any respect or courtesy to paying customers. Even if they are wrong no apologies nothing not even from management. Ive experienced better customer service at the DMV and they have no reason to be friendly; people wonder why companies like amazon do so well its beacuse they take care of their customers when theres an issue and because people dont have deal with the clowns these brick and mortar stores employ. I bought the alcatel idol 4 vr for my wife, love the phone so much Im going to buy another for myself through the website. Do your self a favor, go some where else.
