I went for my bday celebration. They didnt have ice at the bar, but had a bucket next to the DJ area where each individual personal had to grab ice from the bucket for their drinks. This is so unacceptable.

This was place was recommended. I wish I could leave a lower rating. I waited for 45 minutes. The open sign on, TVs on, door locked. Not a very good first impression. I called and called. No answer. A lady went to the door, l asked here if she comes here often, she said she works there. She couldnt get in either. I wont be back.

The place is pretty dope. Small yet great selection of cigars. Nice sofas and chairs. Made for a good evening of Football, brew and sticks. If Im ever on that end. I will stop in for a smoke.

Always have a Great time partying in this environment thays drama free cool and plays great music. So pretty cool bands at time as well. The drinks are very good and they dont water down.

This review is on behalf of the staff. Malcolm and Laura Hill allow the guests to leave credit card tips for the excellent service they receive and then KEEP THE MONEY!!! It is a shame. I worked over a month of bar shifts and received a total of 5 rubber checks. I will be adding photos of the text messages from myself and other staff. The 2 owners have inconvenienced us tremendously. Most of the staff have QUIT! I walked out on my final shift this week because Malcolm chose to pay one of the liquor reps instead of me. These two owners give the facade of black excellence but do not be fooled. They pass the buck back and forth NEVER really saying anything helpful. Malcolm puts on heirs like this is a multi-layered company to avoid being held accountable for the piss poor management. It is just he and Laura. And Laura is no where in sight! He will tell you to call her and she will have her 5 year old son answer the phone and pretend she is not available or just answer the call and hang up. Just WOW!I have passed this matter on to Charles County Sheriffs Department for fraud at the felony level. The sum of the fraudulent checks is over $500 for me personally and I am just 1 of about 5 to 7 staff members and several vendors/ bands they have attempted to fraud by recieving our services and either failed to pay entirely or issued rubber checks.Stop in and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere, but tip the staff in CASH.

Absolutely a great place to relax, meet friend and have a good smoke. Atmosphere is very pleasing and welcoming. Drink prices are on time. Ventilation is excellent. Store owner Malcom gives everyone VIP treatment.

I really like the place... only down side (For me) is that it is in Waldorf, and I live 45 minutes or so away in Alexandria. Otherwise, Id visit much more often. But, a fun place with good people, nonetheless!

My best friend and I visited this place purely by accident. We were headed to another cigar bar but they closed early due to a staff holiday party. Since we always get a stick or 2 when were together, we googled places near us and found Invictus. The owner Malcolm came to great us personally and was very friendly. He is definitely an aficionado and was able to help us find new favorite cigars. We went on a journey with alcoholic pairings and ended up talking for hours! It was amazing. Needless to say, weve found our new favorite spot.

This is a very nice place. However, the female manager is very rude, biased, and disrespectful. When we brought this to the attention of the manager, he used the excuse that she was his “Pitbull”. Very lowkey Place and intimate but not really worth the terrible customer service. Maybe somewhere to go on her off days

Owner sucks, cigars are ok.. hookah is blah. Tinderbox hands down has them beat. (Didnt meet him (Owner) personally but witnessed his interaction with his staff as he was drunk.)
