Provides most supplies for my hookah needs. I operate a business that relies on the convenient hours of operation.Young staff but extremely patient. Smiles are scarce but service is high-quality. I am a stickler for service AND value. Separation of the two equals dissatisfaction for me & my hard earned dollars.

So I went to this shop about 1 or 2 months ago asking for there cbd vape products. A young lady showed me them and the flavors that came with them. Purchased them and only use it to help me sleep. Well today I wanted to buy some more of the cbd products and was told we do not have any. So I ask about the vape pen I was using cause I was under the impression that what I recently purchased was a cbd product, ask did this have any thc cause my job selected me for a random drug test. I ask will this show up in my drug test and the lady I was talking to told me yes. So now Im extremely angry at the fact that was sold something that could effect my job. I dont know if I will have a job on monday.

Been going here sporadically over the yrs never a bad experience always in and out.Today tho I went to enquire about an issue with a vape cart and battery and was told by the unnamed plus size white female employee that a 4 thread 510 wont fit in a 6 thread 510 battery. I went to question her statement and she didnt want to hear me out. I slapped the problematic battery on the counter replied to her attitude by declaring i will no longer support said business asked to purchase a new replacement and low and behold the exact model and color accepted a 4 thread 510 cart to which her reply was in a rude sarcastic tone I got customers excuse me the unnamed white gentleman there who tried to politely back his rude coworker allowed the swap out of batteries with no real explanation as to why it works on this replacement but not my original, I will never support said business again and walked out with a free bottle of vape juice from Redeeming no longer needed points i usually spend $60-$110+ every visit 1-2 a month but no more. If rude customer service and uneducated explanations is what this small business is about then ill take my money to a more customer friendly educated location

Lets see, what can I say. This was my first time in the Tobacco King in Waldorf, but definitely wont be my last. My salesperson was awesome, he took his time with me and another Patron that really wasnt that well-off. But he still treated her with the utmost respect. Something you dont see these days. Anyway, let me get to the point I went in the store originally just for some papers. Then I was absolutely amazed with their selection. Hands down the absolute best selection around! They even have a lot of high-end vaporizers. I asked the gentleman if he had anything in my price range and he suggested the RUVA. He said it compare to the pax which Ive used in the past. At $130, I didnt see how it could come close. But, I decided to try anyway. Got to the car, and like a little kid with presents on Christmas morning I couldnt wait to open it. Long story short it worked so well, I had to go back in and shake his hand again. If youre in the area even if youre really not in the area this is the place to stop by

Purchased 2 products months ago from here, approximately 30 dollars each. Both products were defective within weeks. Fast forward some months, I went back in there yesterday as its close to my work and I was willing to try again. The associate sold me a product that costs $250. I took it home and tried it and the product did not work as the salesman described. I tried to return it today (1 day later with receipt) and guess what??? They would not take it back. They misled me with the sales approach, then would not take it back. They were non apologetic. Please good citizens, spend your money else where. They do not deserve our business. Great Shop even though it’s smaller than what Im use to out west, they had a great selection. Mike helped us find two great pieces! First, I called the store talked with a Johnathan.Very nice fellow on phone and answered my questions. Today I decided to go to store. Wow, once I mentioned what I was looking for Johnathan said, yes and remembered me from phone conversation. Wonderful fellow took time with me and demonstrated how to use the vape I purchased. Never got annoyed,very pleasant. There also was another fellow Alex, working in the also very pleasant, greeted me. I left out very happy with my purchase. Great place, Dylan has been great. He helped me with upgrading from my stick prince to a voopoo drag mini. He was very patient and was able to work a deal out. The staff here is great and would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

Pretty much the best and ONLY place in Waldorf, that you can go and actually have a full conversation with the people that work there. I have visited almost every tobacco shop in Waldorf. Not one other store knows what they are talking about when it comes to tobacco-related items. OR they have a problem speaking English, which I sometimes have a hard time understanding other accents. That is all I am saying about that. The only thing I can ask of the people that work and/or own Tobacco King, is to get more hatpins, more name brand items like NoGoo, Diamond Grind, 420 Science Jars, etc. Other than that, I do not have one single complaint. They deserve the 5-star reviews, because they live up to the standards of what all tobacco shops SHOULD be like. Great selection. Great prices. Great staff. Knowledgeable too. Very knowledgeable.

I arrived to this location completely clueless as to what to purchase for a cigar bar I wanted to set up for a Cuban themed party- but thankfully the staff was very helpful.
