Just received a delicious coffee from the lovely ladies at Giddy Up Coffee. They were extremely friendly and came out to the line of cars to get our orders started in a timely manner. Im in town for just one day and very happy that I chose to get my morning coffee here. They struck up conversation, asked about where I was from and what I do and it was just a very welcoming attitude that the employees had there. Really appreciated that first thing in the morning!

Im not sure what they put in their Mocha blended drinks but oh my god its so good. Best coffee place in walla walla. 11/5 stars.

Still my absolutely favorite coffee shack in 2 states. The baristas are all women and are like family. The coffee used is one of the richest flavor Ive run into. They have a large stock of syrpup, including sugar free ( go, sf Raspberry Silk, satisfy my taste buds)! The ladies are fast, efficient and friendly. I dont care what others think, Giddy Up will always be my go to coffee joint.

Took one of my clients here this afternoon, she has special needs. This was my first time there but not hers. Staff was very patient with her indecisiveness and even re made her drink for her because she wasnt happy with the flavor of her first drink

I had a favorite coffee at my college and I was able to still love my blend because giddy up and go had the syrup flavors.I absolutely love the girls there. I pull up and they know what I like. I would recommend this coffee shop many times to people!

They have my favorite drink of all the coffee shops in town, and I love coffee! The only reason I have it a 4 instead of 5 is because the owner is a very rude lady. Luckily she is not around often or I would not go there at all. Cheers to the coffee makers!

The staff is always friendly. Drinks are really good! I get a blended chai without coffee, and its incredibly smooth and not watered down like others.

My favorite drink here is the white chocolate yogachino (with coffee) they do close early in the day.. Also, it can be busy during breakfast hours and lunch hours. But otherwise great service!

At most places the coffee drinks list only has one or two that Im interested in, but their list had more options that perked my interest than I could possibly try over a weekend vacation.

After a sip of triple shot of my sugar free nonfat mocha big train... Im rearin to go!

The girls that work here are amazing my wife and i go here almost on a daily and they are alwase super friendly remember our order and even when to give whip and when not to like who remember i dont get whip during this day and this day because it would melt befor it gets to my hunny it is hands down the best coffee shop i have ever been to and the drinks are amazing

I waited more than 12 minutes! Because I was a walk up I had to wait with the cars in the order. That does that make any sense to me I think I should be treated like every other person that walks up to a business if I walk into a store I didnt treat this person who drove to the store faster your business policy is retarded and I will never visit your company again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to

UPDATE - June 2019: Ive added the two stars to my review. Its back to 5 stars for Giddy Up and Go. Giddy Up and Go went back to the punchcard for tracking customer purchases. Thank you!!! That other system was a rip off. Secondly, the baristas are more consistent again when making drinks - and customer service has improved. Mochas taste like mochas again, and the last two yoguchinos I purchased were blended well and filled to the top of the cup. Keep up the good work!!! Thanks for listening to your customers.Previous review: Giddy Up and Go used to be my favorite place for coffee and blended/yoguchino drinks. It makes me sad to say that. Ive been a regular customer at Giddy Up and Go since it opened. If you look at the rave reviews on Yelp, many of them are either many months old, or are from 2014 and 2015. This is a reflection on the baristas who used to work there. Those girls were the best! That team of girls were friendly, fast, and consistent. They also had a clear understanding of what customer service and maintaining customer loyalty meant. There are still a few baristas who make drinks the way they were taught by the owner and her trusted trainers. Unfortunately, my experience over the last year has been inconsistency in drink quality and quantity since the former barista team moved on to other jobs (most of the team were college students). Mochas are barely tinged with chocolate and Ive had drinks, especially yoguchinos, shorted by a considerable amount. Some of the newer baristas are friendly and do their job very well, but I avoid going in when I see the cars of certain baristas in the parking lot. I am avoiding the annoyance I know Ill be dealing with by having those particular baristas mess up my drink again or short me on the points Ive earned through the Five Star program. (If this was a one time occurance, it wouldnt be included in this review.) I really like the owner of Giddy Up and Go, so I continue to go there out of loyalty to her. I know shes trying, and it truly is harder to find young workers who see their behavior as a reflection on the company they work for. To them, its just a job - not the companys reputation. Giddy Up and Go does have a great selection of drinks and options to choose from. Im hoping Ill be able to revise this review and give Giddy Up and Go 5 stars in the future.
