Just when our stimulus check arrived, our dishwasher stopped working and couldnt be repaired. Sought a local, mom and pop appliance store to purchase a replacement. Joe was good to work with and we had our new dishwasher within 3 days. The one negative was he misquoted the installation cost.......he was too low by $20. Otherwise, they were very good and the entire sale was accomplished over the phone, which is the safest bet during Covid. Id recommend them.

They did our kitchen redo 15 years ago and I bought another dishwasher from them. They are honest, straight forward and easy to work with. No hassles.

Ive bought a couple of appliances and the are always helpful and honest. Their prices are many times better than other places too.

Very knowledgeable staff and they strive to get the product you want at a competitive price. Delivery is par, rescheduled a couple of times and a couple of minor dings on the refer they uncrated at the house. Why not pack the product better and inspect it before its delivered?Were happy with the 2nd refrigerator and the overall service. We dont even go to the big chain stores or other appliance stores for our appliances, their prices are competitive and service is very good!

Had my new washing machine delivered and installed. Tried using it immediately after and it wasnt working. Called them and they said you got a 1 year warranty, call them and have it fixed.

This is by far the best appliance repair business Ive done business with. I had a problem with another appliance company not being able to figure out what was wrong with my oven. The owner Peter and his technician Steve came to our home and immediately identified the problem. After retaining the parts they returned and repaired the oven in no time. Not only did they do a great job they were very fair with their costs.

Ive had a terrible experience with this company and will never use them again. Its not so much the sales department but the service department is VERY bad. My oven of only five years went out. It has taken weeks to get somebody to come out here and then I have to set aside another day for another 4 Hour day waiting. It turns out that the part and having them come to service, will cost more than me buying a new Appliance all together. Im purchasing a new one at friedmans. Too bad since Contra Costa Appliance was conveniently down the street from my house but it certainly isnt convenient to have to deal with their service department.

Personal service, honest information, but limited selection, but will order anything to be delivered and installed, and they haul away old equipment.

I have been buying my appliances from CC Appliance and having all repair work done by them for over 10 years. Would go nowhere else, ever...nuff said!

These people do not answer their phone. What kind of business has no answering machine or service?
