When he arrived, he was courteous and professional. He was able to fix our refrigerator that day for a fair price. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Thermador Group hit all right notes when it comes to a service company. When I called they were quick to respond and set up an appointment within 24hrs. They arrived on time. They performed the work properly and cleanly. In this case, installing a 220v line and fixing a stovetop range. Prices could be a little cheaper but I am happy to pay a premium to get good service and have the work done correctly the first time.

My dryer went out and I called Thermador Group and requested a diagnosis from Barnes last week. He checked out the dryer and ordered the part and came back today to install the part. Barnes is friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and always shows up in the two-hour window of time. If you have an appliance go out give the company a call and have them check out your appliance and see if it is worth fixing. There is a $45.00 service call and if you decide to fix it that goes towards the repair. If not you pay the service call and you are done. The company is honest and fair.

Our washing machines lid lock component was not functioning consistently. I called and got an appointment for the next day with Eugene. Eugene showed up on time, inspected our washing machine, and said the lid lock component needed to be replaced. He said he would get the part the next day and that the office would call me to set up a second visit. A few days later the office called me. We set up a time for a second appointment. Eugene showed up on time with the replacement part. After an hour he was all done and my washing machine was working like new. Everything went very smoothly. Would hire again or recommend Thermador Group to a friend.

Thermador Group was great! My Maytag front load washer wouldnt spin and they came out on time and diagnosed the problem and explained what was needed. Very knowledgeable and affordable. Definitely would call them again.

Amazing service!! After a car hit a power pole and blew the transformer, the power surges fried my fridge. I didnt realize it wasnt cooling until Friday night meaning it would be hard to find a repair service. I called Victor at Thermador Group Saturday morning and he was able to come out in an hour, found and replaced the bad relay quickly, and showed me how to maintain the unit for a longer life! I feel very lucky to have found him! His quick work saved my dinner party that night. Couldnt be happier.

Ralph of Thermador Group was fantastic! My refrigerator had died completely and I called in the morning and he was able to fit me in that afternoon. He found the problem and offered a temporary fix while he drove across town to pick up the part needed for a permanent repair. He returned later that afternoon and completed the service. I cant imagine the repair experience being better than this. Carter came the day I called Thermador Group and finished the job in that one visit. My dryer wouldnt start. He disassembled it, found the problem, fixed the problem (saving me a ton of money since I didnt have to buy a new part), and reassembled the dryer. Painless. Highly recommended.
