Rite Aid at Palos Verde is a well run store with a great team of employees. The store is kept clean and managed well. The pharmacy staff is wonderful, personable and kind. Parking is abundant. They have an ice cream counter that is really delicious and satisfying on a hot summer day.

I would give the pharmacy zero stars if I could. Ive been a customer or Rite Aid for several years and always received great service. I moved to the area and had the misfortune of attempting to fill my prescription here. They dont communicate with you, leave you on hold for over 10 minutes, talk over you overall being unhelpful and rude. If youre a Rite-Aid customer and new to the area, take my advice and go to Walgreens off N Main. I had zero problems getting my prescription.

Modern, well lit, clean and renovated location with number of departments. Also includes Thrifty Ice Cream shop next to check out counter. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This rite aid is a very nice one especially because it has a new thriftys ice cream stand

The store has been remodeled and it looks great (new, bright, and clean). Staff is friendly. However, my friend and I went to use the restroom and I felt sorry for the workers. The back is horrible - dark, dingy, dirty, disgusting. Please upgrade your restrooms and kitchen/break area for the betterment of workers and customers by default.

Meh. Old fashioned rite aid. Seems out of place with the newer occupants at the mall.

Not a great selection of certain things and Walgreens has later hours but the staff is polite and its usually not too busy.
