Most of my lashes fell out in first week. I booked for a first time natural lash install. I was somehow put in with a lash technician still doing models that they were advertising for $50. Not what I booked I wanted a experienced lash tech.

Wasn’t sure how to edit my review. Here are some photos of my lash lift results :/Edit——I don’t really know how to use google reviews so I wasn’t sure how to respond to this businesses response. However, I tried to be kind regardless of my unsatisfactory service and received a condescending response.When I spoke to the lady doing my lash lift service, I mentioned how I’ve had lash lifts before and how I’ve gotten them too coiled or too loose to the point where it isn’t noticeable. I asked her what’d she’d recommend and she said the medium rod, so I went ahead and trusted her opinion and got the medium rod.My results were OK at best. The lash lift is barely noticeable. I left a review saying how I wasn’t thrilled about it but how it’ll have to do and I’d try them out again. After looking at my lashes and thinking of what I paid for the service, I was more disappointed in the result than I initially was. Thus, leaving the second review with pictures. I had planned on returning for a second time, but the owners response was rude to me. It’s almost as if they were upset I posted it ???So yea. I am upset. I have a trip coming up and my lash lift SUCKS. And I will absolutely not be returning.

I tried this place out for the first time today and the customer service was great. However, I don’t love my lash lift the way I’d hoped too :( I have really long, straight lashes so any curl is an improvement to what I have but it’s not as “lifted” or noticeable as I would’ve liked. I will definitely still need to use my lash curler even with my lift to get the effect I like.Since it was my first time testing this place out, I wasn’t too upset about my results since I didn’t really know what to expect. However, next time I’ll just ask for a smaller sized rod and see how that goes.

I got a lash lift at the lash lounge for my first time and they did a really good job!! i have downward asian lashes that never lift and they made my lashes lift really nicely and actually visible. the place is so cute and professional and kareymi was really sweet. thank you!!☺️

I got a lash lift and the technician was very detailed about the process as a first time lash lift client. They are very courteous with a clean and modern studio. I would recommend for those in the area looking for lash services!

I got my eyelashes lift by Candice. Service was excellent since the moment I arrived. Candice explained everything to me before it and while doing the lifting she always check in with me. I love how my eyelashes look. Very natural how I wanted. I will definitely come back!

I don’t have long lashes so I was hoping for my lash lift to be a nice boost. Sadly they still don’t look too long without mascara BUT with mascara they are the best I’ve ever seen. I believe my person did the best they could under the constraints of time that they had. However when I go back I want to get my full hours worth and the full treatment times. Since I was new she was careful to make sure I didn’t have any bad reaction. Now that I know I’m not, I’m ready to try it again with the full experience

Great experience! I had an appointment to have my eyebrows threaded, and to have an eyelash lift done. This was my first experience with threading....it was awesome, and super affordable! When it came time to have my lift done, I was asked if I have any allergies to adhesives (which I do.) So after we discussed it collectively, it was decided that it’s better to be safe than sorry. A small amount of the adhesive was put on my skin and we left it overnight to test for a reaction. Here it is the next day, and no reaction! So I’m back for my lift!Highly recommend The Lash Lounge!!

Just finished getting my first set of lash extensions (classic dramatic) for an upcoming vacation and I love them! Ximena was my stylist and did an amazing job with my lashes and explained the process every step of the way as a first timer! I’m looking forward to my upcoming trip and will definitely be back in the coming weeks for a fill.

Definitely my go to place for my lashes. I just got my full set done and they look amazing. I’m super happy with the outcome. I everyone here is very friendly and makes the service wonderful. I’m starting the membership program to get them done on a regular basis.

For my birthday I wanted to treat myself to a lash lift (perm for the lashes) since Ive been using this amazing lash growth serum and Im about to go camping for a week and I want to feel great with no mascara. A couple friends of mine have gotten the lash lift and it looked AMAZING so I decided to give it a try. Ximena did my lashes and she was superb! She made me feel so comfortable and welcome like we were long time friends. She did an incredible job and my lashes look fantastic! If you go to lash lounge you have to go to Ximena!

Had a really great experience here. Elizabeth checked me in and was very professional and nice. Micaella was my tech she was really nice. She had a blanket available just in case I got cold and music for the length of my apt. Which was a full lash set of hybrid. I like the length she had chosen. Overall great experience.

I am in LOVE! Zuri is my technician and she has done a beautiful job with both my first set and refill! I am able to leave the house mascara free and makes me feel more confident! The Walnut creek lash lounge team is amazing and a top recommendation of mine now!

2 stars for having a clean facility but Im taking 3 away because I was not happy with my lash extension. The lady that did it said that I can come back for my refill in 2 weeks to change it, fill it in more or make it thicker and fuller. First impression is everything. If Im not satisfied at my first visit, then Im not going back for a second. Also, it seems like they make their classic and dramatic classic look sparse so itll force people to go with the more expensive option (i.e hybrid). If thats the case then just charge the full price instead of doing promotional specials and do it right the first time. Doing lousy work so a client will upgrade to a more expensive extension when they come back next time is just dishonest.

Best lashes I’ve ever had with amazing service from my stylist!!

Michaella did a great job! I loved the technique and the products used. I have sensitive eyes and had my lashes done a week ago and no irritation or discomfort. No weird tugging or poking either. Lashes feel like nothing after a day or two. Highly recommend you get the aftercare kit. The sealant is great because I am active so aside from showers and washing my face I have to protect my lashes from sweat and humidity. They also offer different colored brow powders and a brand that I love for growing lashes and brows called Neulash/Neubrow. Really good brand, actually works if you have thin or sparse lashes and brows.

This was my first time getting eye lash extensions, and im SUPER HAPPY! I couldnt be happier, super clean & comfy spot! I would recommend anybody! I will for sure be coming back! Also Fahtima is best! Thnk you lash lounge!

I went in for a lash lift and the person who did them apparently was new. According to her supervisor she left the product on for the incorrect amount of time therefore it didnt work. Surprisingly the supervisor didnt even offer anything to fix the problem and just told me that hopefully next time it works out better. I understand new people have the right to make mistakes but they shouldve at least offered to fix my lashes or a discount.
