This Walgreens, like most of the others in the area, is completely worthless. I placed a request to refill a prescription on Thursday and they said it would be available on Friday at 11am. I show up on Saturday to pick it up and after the person has to search through their system to find the prescription she looks and says it is out of stock. How was I given a pickup date and time and NEVER notified that the medication was out to stock? I am generally not a fan of using mail order for my prescriptions, but since the only other option is Walgreens….. I will start using mail order. Both pharmacies in Walnut Creek are completely worthless.

Aegis Covid RT-PCR testing is utterly unreliable -- 121 HOURS TURNAROUND. My test sample was collected on Thu 5:30 PM and results came on Tue 7:15 PM. God forbid I had tested positive, I would spread Covid to sooo many people in this looong period of time. The 2-stars are for the Walgreens pharmacy drive-thru employee who treated me well and collected/submitted the sample appropriately. But Walgreens, you deserve the blame for partnering with a lab run by sloths. Absolute disappointment!

Do not schedule your Covid PCR test here, they will not deliver it within 72 hours. On the third day laboratory even didnt receive specimen collection.

The store is located in a very beautiful neighborhood. A safe, free parking lot is available. Nice people all around and nice store. The people in Pharmacy are extremely busy but still, extremely nice.

The customer service at the pharmacy in this Walgreen’s is very poor. It is very close to my home and so convenient but I could not keep dealing with the incompetence of several staff. I gave them many opportunities to do better but arriving multiple times to pick up medication only to find my prescription not filled and many excuses as to why not.

The drive thru pharmacy is a joke!!!

I have had horrible customer service every time I have been in there. Even the manager was rude to me when I inquired about a sale item. Don’t waste your time, go to the one in Concord on monument

This used to be a decent pharmacy. However, as of late, their performance has dropped dramatically. In the last two weeks alone, they have messed up 3 different prescriptions for my family.

I used to shop at this store and it was fine. Now its just a mess. I came several times. Manager obviosly doesnt know what he (or she) is doing. Unclear prices, low stock and bad customer service. I will rather go to another store than deal with it.

I was just at this store. As the cashier was checking me out she sneezed into her right hand then proceeded to bag my items with that same hand! She was wearing a mask, but this is unacceptable!

I have been waiting in this drive through for their pharmacy for over 20 minutes. No point in having this lane really. Meanwhile they’ve helped 15 in store customers. They won’t come to the window. I have rung the call bell twice and they are very oblivious. Worst.Service.Ever. Would not recommend them!

10/26/14My husband and I stopped in Walgreens last weekend to pick up some Sudafed PE for cold/congestion. The Walgreens brand was on sale so we took this box up to the register. The sale price was only applied if you buy two boxes, so we ran box to grab a second box and then checked out.The store had pumpkins out front (its one week until Halloween!) and lots of decorations inside, including a pretty neat scary spider.A cashier helped us quickly once we were ready to check out and there was no wait in line.

THIS PHARMACY IS JUST THE BEST. THE PHARMACY TECHNICIANS AND THE PHARMACISTS ALWAYS WELCOME YOU WITH A BEAUTIFUL SMILE ON THEIR FACE. THE PHARMACIST BRAD IS JUST AWSOME, HE IS AWARE OF EVERY SINGLE DRUG, AND HIS PROFESSIONAL JUDGEMENT IS PRICELESS. GO FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS THERE AND YOU WILL NEVER BE DISAPPOINTED.

There is always a long line and one person working, and frequently items marked on sale do not ring up for the right price.

Went in to ask a question at the pharmacy, had my dog in tow. No signs were posted saying no pets allowed or the like, so I opted to take him in rather than leave him out in the heat or in the car. He was on leash, did nothing but walk in with me and sat at my heel as I asked my questions. No messes, no barking, nothing. After this, we were walking out of the store when I was confronted by what I can only assume to be an employee of some sort (no uniform or nametag was worn), quite literally yelling at me about the dog, while making some incredibly insensitive remarks about disabled people and their aid dogs. Granted, I am not disabled, and regardless of the fact my entering with the dog may have been contrary to policy, it was shocking to have a store employee go from 0-100 that quickly. I would not recommend going here, and I will not be returning except to voice my concerns directly to the employees higher-ups, or corporate if she happens to be management.

The new renovation did not help the pharmacy customer service...same old delays and intolerable delays. They think people have the whole day, and can camp there, to get a simple prescription. I went for a doctor phoned in prescription and they had not even started on it. They said it would be filled in 30 mins and still was not done an hour later. They found an empty bottle and stuffed some pills into it and said to wait for the insurance to clear.Still had to wait an hour at the pharmacy and it was still not done.So sad and pathetic that the new sterile Walgreens did not get actual people to fill the life giving prescriptions. They should go out of business.Go to the CVS on Bancroft. Its not great but at least those people do their jobs.

Worst pharmacy ever do not use them unless you want to be disappointed. It is one excuse after the next for why a prescription is never ready.Dealt with them for three weeks and every interaction was worst than the one before they are worthless. Go to the CVS on Brancroft they actually fill prescriptions on time and do it right the first time.Also encountered three other people yelling at them for messing up their prescriptions and now I know why.If getting your prescriptions on time is important go somewhere else.
