I go here at to get things the people are very respectful to me when I enter the gas station the last time I went was 8/4/21 to get a couple of food items .

My disabled husbands wallet was stolen, which he realized when he tried to buy gas. Instead of helping in any way, the manager accused me of trying to scam him with a credit card payment by phone ($5 or 10!), told me Id have to come there to pay when I was 30 miles away, and then hung up on me. Despite frequent trips to that part of Walnut Creek, this station will not obtain our business in the future.

Normally I go in and buy things almost every day. One of the main places I go due to being easily accessible for a large vehicle. The usual guy and older women that are there are nice and dont give me any problems when asking for the restroom key, today the bald headed guy who was working and kept asking if I planned to buy anything, couldnt find the key and stated go use jack in the box because I have to call and ask where the key is and Im not going to do that.

Nice responsive pump software. Good keys for ZIP code entry.Plays ads while you pump, which is pretty annoying.

Like the other reviewer, the gas pump refused my (valid) credit card. I went inside and was told by the attendant to try again after he cleared the pump. Next day I had three charges on my credit card which posted against my bank account. The gas station manager said Its the banks problem. They were not helpful at all.

Machine would not accept my (valid) credit card. Had to go inside and pay a fixed amount.

Everything is overpriced!!! On top of that, - an obese woman works there, that cant even get up, and always drag ur order to you with her cane thru a dirty floor, pass that to yo and thinks thats ok. Buyers Beware!

This black lady who works swing shift needs to be kicked off the chevron, very bad and using very bad language. Becaus of this bad lady I give one star, otherwise everywhere in california I use chevron for buying my needs and feul.

Very bad. The attendant working would not sell cigarettes to my disabled mother who couldnt leave the vehicle. I had to get her wheelchair out and wheel her inside.

This being a corporate gas station the attendant shouldnt be asking if Im going to buy anything just because I need to use the restroom.

Like gas, only more expensive.
