Super nice staff! Lovely little store with fantastic, all natural products. I made a small purchase (under $20), and was given a free bar of amazing hand made soap, and a sample moisturizer!

Went on Saturday and the place was at capacity. It was worth the wait though. You can try out some of the products with their in-store sink. The store smells soothing. I am in love with the fact that no animals are harmed in the making of these products. 100% cruelty free.

Fun store with bath products that look like they came out of a bakery. Cruelty free. Consider wearing a mask because the fragrances can be intense.

Lush is one of my favorite brands! Organic, fresh and natural with ingredients you can actually understand.This store seems small but has a whole lot to chose from! From handmade masks customized for your skin to the best bath bombs around!!The Walnut Creek store by far has the best customer service! Brad (I hope I remember his name correctly) was wonderful. He took the time to help me choose the best products for me! He also threw in a tester for me to try.I really didnt know what I wanted when I walked through the door but rest assured I didnt walk out empty handed!! My current addiction there is hair products! I chose some unique hair shampoo called, “Jersey bounce” for taming my wild curls. It doesn’t take much and lasts a long time.I highly recommend trying everything they have. I think I’ve covered just about every product at least every bath bomb!Lush products make wonderful gifts too!! Hint hint!!

I came in right before closing and the girl working there was super nice and friendly. She showed us a lot of different bath bombs and answered my questions on other products that I wasnt familiar with. I would definitely come back and I definitely recommend making a stop here if youre ever at Broadway Plaza.

This place is so amazing! A hidden gem! There are bathbombs galore! So many scents! The staff are awesome! They have a big bowl of water to demonstrate some of the bombs and have smaller bowls with different products that include the thing they are made with! Examples are fresh blueberries, rose petals, oatmeal and even chocolate! I ended up getting a breadsoap and this minty mask that I absolutely love!

Me and my wife went there today to buy few soaps and shampoos. I love their products, they are very unique and environmental friendly, which is really appreciated when we are standing on a cliff to a climate disaster. Anyway, the lady in the store was extremely helpful and helped us pick up the write soaps for our needs. Highly recommended and please please stop use all plastics.

My daughter and her friend were the only people in the store when they went in. Her friend pulled her mask down a bit to smell a bath bomb, and the worker asked her to pull it back up, which she did. A couple minutes later, they overheard the lady telling her coworker to keep an eye on my daughter’s friend, as if she was going to steal something. My daughter and her friend left the store after that, and they were confused as to why the worker would say something like that.

Love coming to this place! Employees are awesome providing product knowledge. I always get samples of something. Great place to get a little something or a lot. Self care is a must.

Lol this place is the bomb

Not too hard to find considering you can smell the place from around the corner! All jokes aside, this is the best Lush I have visited so far. The staff are warm and welcoming, and dont seem to mind having a casual conversation while also helping you pick out your choices or find new products. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend this Lush. :)

The staff here were very generous and even sent us home with some oral care samples. The only downside of having a small store packed full of fragrances is that the smell is so overwhelming that you cant smell what you might want to buy even when its right under your nose. But still a nice place.

The staff in here always makes me want to come back and hangout with them. They offer great recommendations and let you sample and try things on. Its like a mini spa getaway - smelling lovely, slightly refreshed, and a smile on your face. Plus, people, not machines, actually make and pack the products - so thats a plus in my book.

One of the best possible things that ever happened to Walnut Creek. This store is amazing and fragrant and wonderful with an amazing staff and an even more amazing product. Ill be coming here for years to come.

Went there to pick up a specific cream and the lady who helped me sent me with samples of other creams to try out. Sadly I dont remember her name, but she was super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products!

I cant get enough of Lush products! Im extremely particular on what I put on my skin and I love that these products primarily consist of plant-based and “real” natural ingredients. I’m a die hard fan of their deodorants as well as bar soaps. There are so many scents and fun products. This year I made a goal to decrease my carbon footprint especially with the toiletries I purchase. I love that there is almost zero waste with their bar soaps and shampoos and they offer a great recycling program for their containers. Highly recommend! B.Dyer

This shop has great staff who are really friendly and helpful. I like that they arent too pushy and follow you around like some other stores. They give you some suggestions and leave you to it. Some of their products are pretty innovative and fun to use but also effective.

Love the experience, the people amazing. The first time I went there the lady was super nice and stuff and explained everything to me and my friends. The funny thing about it was that it was her first time showing us what was happening and stuff. Love t there cant wait to go back😊

Fantastic array of products unlike like anything youll find. Employees are attentive and genuinely interested in trying to find the right products for you rather than just selling you something. There are always new seasonal products and everything is very fresh. This store is tiny and can become painfully crammed with people during peak hours.

It smells literally amazing in there but I think they should lower the prices. And the glitter from the bahtbombs stayed on me all day.but I loveee the soap, lip scrub, and the face masks

Super great staff, but the store is small and because of what they sell it is very very strong smelling in there. Its a nice smell but if youre sensitive to that or have asthma I would recommend caution when going.

Im not usually into chain stores in general, but Lush has amazing products, ethically sourced and produces, wonderful staff, zero waste, and they put money back into the communities where they open stores. Im working my way toward using only Lush products.

Fun place. Very friendly sales staff. They had a free make your own bath soak thing and often have little activities like that. I feel like their products are good, but very expensive.

Neat little store, but over crowded and hard to move around. It was my first time in and no one either offered or was available to help. Im older than the average 20 something demographic so I felt ignored. Also the scents were so voluminous, it made smelling any one thing almost impossible.
