Really appreciated the customer service from Dominique. Very clean location. Felt comfortable. She was extremely helpful and patient. She asked the right questions and allowed me to make an informed decision.

I had bought my storage unit the night before and walking in with all of the things I need to store was a breeze! Dominique was wonderful enough to answer all of my obvious questions when I walked into the office. She gave me thorough directions to where carts were and where my unit was specifically. The areas around my unit were clean and easy to get to. I am happy to come to a Public Storage close to home that has very kind and polite people. Public Storage in Walnut Creek is clean, and well run. I had help from Dom and she was so efficient and nice, she made the experience painless. All the personnel there are helpful. They have multiple carts you can borrow when at the facility and we used them many times. If you need to store your belongings, whether short term or long term, I recommend this location.

The property manager, Dom, is a great help each time you show up. She ensured an easy check-in process when moving items into the unit and was friendly each time we visited the office. The units were clean, secure, and even despite Covid, access was always a breeze. I would highly recommend this location and the top notch staff.

Today was my first visit to Walnut Creek’s Public Storage on N. Main Street. Sam was informative and very helpful to me when I needed to decide what size unit to rent.If you’ve been debating on what to do with your extra things or whatever your storage needs are, you won’t be disappointed with this facility!

Painless process of upgrading my storage space to a larger unit. Sam was professional, safe, and efficient. Slight annoyance that they don’t have loaner locks for the transfer process while I’ll have valuables in two units, and only one person moving, though I guess I should think about buying an extra lock as an inexpensive insurance rider.

Outstanding service as always! I moved in to my unit during January 2018 and it has been a pleasure ever since! I recently re-upped (August 2020) to a larger unit and the process was even smoother than when I moved in! This is attributed to Dominique the manager--she is warm, knowledgeable, kind and a delight. When there are several competing priorities she handles all of them with ease and grace. The actions of all of the staff are outstanding--and I assume this is because of her leadership! Two gentlemen were also a big help--one was working with Dominique on 8/22 around 10am and another was working 8/23 during the later afternoon (I am sorry but I did not get their names). One gentleman aided in sweeping out my new unit and the other aided in closing out my old unit--as a team, all were exceptional. The price of units, I feel, is fair for the area and the facility is always clean and in excellent working order. Folks social distance, are kind with space and parking all in all--always an outstanding experience! Give everyone a raise on this property who needs to work essentially during this uncertain, unusual and strange times--each experience here is better than the last :)

Due to my Covid-19 financial hardships I requested a review of my billing charges and management was kind enough to grant me a temporary reduction on my bill. It was just the help I needed to get my life back in balance. Thank you for your compassion during these troubled times.

What an easy experience getting everything set up online in advance. As soon as I booked I rec’d a call from Dominique to welcome me and ask if any questions. Rec’d two more calls prior to rental start date from her. When I arrived, rental process was a breeze, Dominique super friendly and created a great easy experience. Everything done on an tablet. Dominique was extremely helpful from the 1st phone call a few days ago, to renting a unit. She returned calls in a timely manner, followed up, and was flexible on meeting times. When I dropped by Dominique was there training another lady. Both of them were courteous, kind, and helpful. During my visit I was shown 3 different lockers. All were clean and well maintained (including hallways).In addition, Dominique was knowledgeable about units, guidelines, rates, additional services, and product offerings. I started with doing an online reservation. Filled out information. Shortly Lynn went ahead and followed up with me and checked to see if Id like a tour. I took her up on the offer since I had time. Im glad I did because I decided I wanted a little more space. Dominique is the one who showed me around. She was very friendly and thorough with my questions and concerns. I ended up signing up the same day rather than waiting two weeks. I can move stuff in little by little and have less work on moving day. Big thanks to Lynn and Dominique for helping to guide me with these decisions.The facility smells clean and well swept. The ladies were prepared with several moving company options as well as moving supplies I would not have thought of using if I didnt see them. Thanks again for being thorough.

Im visit to Public storage in Saturday, September 26th, 2020 for found correct spud for storage my items and plan to spendlike 30-45 minutes for check in. ButI found really profecional staff! All paperwork done at 5 minutes!! I buying some supply for my moving and I received that items right before paperwork is done. I dont have to spend any extra time for waiting. Thank you so much! I recently came in to grab some boxes and ended up needing to purchase some items as well. The girl at the front desk provided the best customer service Ive received here! I believe her name was Jordan. She greeted me upon entering, was able to answer any questions I had with ease and a friendly attitude. She even suggested the best items for the job! I attempt to contact this organization via phone. At NO time was the opportunity to speak with a PERSON made available. The choice to speak with property manager was offered but you had to have a storage unit or account. Several years ago I stored with Public but as of now - NO WAY

Everything was a breeze. Simple phone call and the next day i had someone walk me to my new unit. Team was really transparent and courtious. Sadly I only used the unit for a few months. The closing out process was super simple, even during COVID, Dominique was really helpful will closing me out. Location is near the freeway and was easy to get to. If i ever run into the same problem of having too much stuff I know where to store it.

Three months in they raised my unit from 264$ to 324. IN THREE MONTHS. This company can care less about you. They want to get as much money from you as possible. I cant keep moving units because of greedy companies. Find a storage company that wont raise monthly rent close to 80$ in three months. They lure you in with the free month. They make up for that freebie very quickly!

Very happy with the property upgrades. The elevator was not working last time I was there which was frustrating but it seemed to be up and running the next day luckily. Other then that I’m happy to see the place become clean and more organized. Thank you to new management for the hard work.

I just rented a unit at this location and was helped by Victoria, and WOW, what great customer service! Victoria was so knowledgeable and personable, and made my experience enjoyable. Never thought that I would be saying that about renting a storage unit! Dave was great also! He was polite and carried my supplies to my car for me. This location is convenient near the freeway, has nice wide-open parking and the units are easy to access and very clean. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs!

I went to the Public Storage unit on a Sunday and was very pleasantly surprised that they were open! I was greeted by the two friendly staff members, John and Dominique. They helped me figure out what storage unit would fit what I needed to store. I am very happy with the costumer service so far.

Not a huge reviewer but the customer service here is just too great not to share! I came in the other day not entirely set on making a purchase but interested in some more information. I spoke to two employees Dom and Jordyn and both were amazing! They answered all my questions promptly and in a manner I could totally grasp! I didnt fully understand the auto pay option but they explained it so well I was more then comfortable renting here! I was given a tour and I must say its a very nice location. 10/10 will definitely be recommending this location to others!

I visited this location and another public storage location to see which one I’d rather store at. Both ladies I met were amazing. It is going to be a tough decision to make when my reservation comes up. But either location I’d be satisfied with knowing the management is as wonderful as the 2 ladies I’ve encountered.

I truly had the best experience today, Monica was fabulous she answered all my packing needs and even saved me some money with a quick pack box instead of me buying a bunch of boxes I may not need. I will definitely be back in again to see her. Public storage is lucky to have such a wonderful person working at this location.

Watching from a far today as The two office ladies Monica and Dominique were being scrutinized and yelled at by another tenant over a parking spot she had no business in the first place. I wanted to let the company know both of these ladies were professional and courteous with the tenant even when she began yelling at them. Even her movers were voicetorous and these gals kept there demeanor. Thank you for keeping your professionalism up, this is why I will store no where else. This is service you cannot beat.

I am grateful for Public Storage in Walnut Creek, especially Dave and Amber. I needed a storage unit FAST and they were there for me, helping to solve my situation with immediate results. The location is safe, very clean, and Dave is accommodating as needs change, with size and price options. Once I even left the location with my unit completely open and Dave secured it until I could return! NOT that I recommend ever doing this! Dave and Amber are welcoming and helpful. Units are secured inside the building so I never had to encounter poor weather conditions when moving my items which was important since I was coming and going often. They have great carts which I couldnt have done my moves without, saving a lot of money and priceless time! Awesome People and place!
