I Really love this store.Susana Has been the reason that my children and my wife go back year after year. Her Customer service is truly inspirational. Went to this t-mobile today with my husband to get a new phone. Susana was very helpful and informative. Quick in and out with great customer service.

I got a new phone for my wife who somehow locked it and we didnt have a password. I went to the store and Susana with her infinite patience did a master reset and unlocked it. She is the best!

Manit was so amazing! Such a great helper. He attended to me right away and did above and beyond. I bought 4 phones and he helped me so so much. I had no problems at all and was so satisfied with the service. I was helped so wonderful and Manit is such an amazing and nice person. Everything was wonderful!

I had a family member purchase a phone at this location with cash then still get a monthly bill to pay off the phone. Contacted T-Mobile corporate and they said no record of the phone being paid off. So we called the location and the clerk said the same. We then asked to see security footage from the store, the clerk promptly told us to come in and they would give us cash to cover the monthly bill that we had received and they would pay off the phone for us. I think something sketchy happened where cash was pocketed by an employee and they tried to scam my family member. No longer getting a monthly bill so it all seems settled, but overall it was a strange experience and didn’t feel right.

Amar and Manit make the process simple & safe... which during a pandemic is priority #1. I went to the Apple store and I was waiting for 45 minutes in line. After being fed up and worried about the guy in front of me constantly coughing I decided to leave and try this spot out.They were able to wrap up the transaction very quickly and let me get back to my day. Thanks gentlemen.

I went to set up a new line. I was helped by Susana. She was all around great. She was very helpful and efficient I was out of there in less than 20 minutes and was set up and good to go thanks to her. I wad very pleased with her knowledge and professionalism.

BEST WAY TO GO T-MOBILE. I made a mistake trying out Altice Mobile, WORST CELL AND PERSONAL SERVICE EVER. T-Mobile was fast, $ resonable to switch over to. They treat you with respect and listen to any questions you have, and answer them to the best of there knowledge. I see why they are above even Verizon as a cell carier. Probably the best, most well run T-MOBILE store within a 20 mile radius. The most pleasant and knowledgeable staff and they dont try to pull any tricks. Straightforward with an outstanding GM, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the staff here.I visit other T-mobile stores and have never met another store friendlier or more helpful then this one. NO GAMES NO NONSENSE. Best T-MOBILE store hands down.

Susana is unbelievably. I switched over 7 lines. Each line had a different set of obstacles. My kids who were still away at college. My mother and sister who needed help setting up phone and downloading apps. Who wanted new phones? Who wanted their old phones? Me with all my billing questions. Susana did it all with a smile. She knew the answer or where to find it for us. I highly recommend her.

First time visiting this store. My phones power button is acting up. Two people on the store turned me out and told me i have to go to the the store i purchased my phone from. I called the companys office they told me any store should be able help me because they are a chain.

Ive been going to this store for 2 years already and the employees are tech wizards they are really good they know what there working with, they made sure i got all my stuff together on my phone. I rather go see them then spending 3 hours at the apple store.

Amar was awesome!!! We came in 10 minutes before the store closed and he said that it was no problem for us to still purchase our phones 3 as a matter of fact. He was very professional and patient with us. He setup our phones and send over all our data including helping my wife set up her emails that she forgot her passwords. Went here to upgrade my phone after mine broke while on vacation. Very pleasant experience until we left and I got a text message telling me that they had enrolled me in the jump plan and added a New York insurance to my phone (even though I dont live in the state of New York) without my knowledge.
