Didnt even answer the phone

This local company does good work.. However after dropping off my screen. I was told a pickup date. Went to pickup on said date and was told my product wasnt ready because they didnt have a part and they forgot to call me. That was a week wasted. Once I agreed to use a different part, I was told pickup on Friday. Went on Friday and they were closed. No notice no call nothing. I dont recommend them if its a time sensitive project. It took 3 weeks for me to get one screen done at this place. The customer service is the worst. They will close at any time no warning. I have customers too. At least Lowes and Home Depot deliver one time. And compensates when they dont.

Service was TERRIBLE! Dont even waste your time or effort on these people. Had a blinds installer break our window, and order the window from A1. They came out and measured the window real quick, but never even bothered to call about when to install the window! While everyone was out of the office, the window installer showed up, and called having an attitude about noone being there. They never bothered to call back about coming back to install. My office had to call a whole month after the man showed up without calling anyone, and finally made an appointment for him to come back. When the day came, he never showed up for the time window he was supposed to show up at. I had to call back 4 hours after the time window, and asked for him to come that afternoon. He STILL didnt show up. This is a pitifully run business.

Terrible. Workmanship is poor. I had to have them redo several items. Its hard to get them to call you back. When they do theres usually lots of swearing and excuses. DO NOT give them your credit card number until after the work is completed. They billed me more than they quoted without any prior discussion.

Hired this company for Window repairs for a resale home. 18 parts total were ordered January 2016, after parts were received. Numerous reasons wereGiven as to date of installation. Was told February,Never happen, then was told, there was a credit card problem between supplier and A1 Screen.Owner of new house noticed seller in June 2016Installation has not be done, contacted companyAgain given another reason. the end result was toCancel order, refund charge for labor, pay for parts. Just moved into this house and the previous owners had gone through A1 to get the screens put in as agreed to in our contract. When we moved in, the screens in the windows were all several inches too small -- but A1had put them in anyway! We have called them several times to fix them but nobody has returned our calls and it has been 4 weeks. Ridiculous.

Our Doctors office wished for something to be fixed and they said they were going to come out within 2 weeks but they never did. Many falsely promised things. Also very rude when calling, a lady hung up on us, also they ignore very many calls from us.

I wouldnt recommend this place
