I have used Barnes Glass for 2 of my windshield issues, 1 full glass replacement and last was a deep chip. Both times Rocky was my service tech that came to my home arriving earlier than time quoted. He did a great job, windshield never leaked and you cant even find the filler on chip. He is very knowledgeable, informative, and friendly., I told a friend about the company and he used them and was just as happy with their work and service.

They go above and beyond a normal windshield replacement. Super nice and polite. Great customer service and very easy. I made a request for OEM glass and they had the best prices around vs. $800 quote from other shops in the area.

Ive now used this company twice. They have always been honest and upfront about my options and Ive never felt they were doing what was in their best interst, rather providing me with the information and letting me choose. Once they were unable to make it out as expected and I received a prompt call to notify me and rescehdule for the next day. I would reccomend them without hesitation.

The worker was friendly, he was not in it to just replace my glass but he suggested since it might rain that we wait till the next day to do it cause if it did start raining harder it could damage my van so the next day he fixed it and did a beautiful job these people are so nice i want go anywhere else if i ever have to have another glass replaced God bless them and there business

Barnes installed new windshield on my wifes truck last Friday as she was driving home she noticed a wind noise, I called them on Monday and they came back out right away and fixed it, without any hesitation nice to do business with someone who stands behind there work without it being a hassle. I spoke with Dane and he wanted to make sure everything good. Hopefully I will not have to replace another windshield but if I do it will be with Barnes Glass, on top of the great service the price was $100.00 cheaper the big company that advertises every where for the same piece of glass.

I called to get a estimate of a windshield and salesman quoted me $350. I ask him to breakdown the estimate. He told me $275 for the windshield and the rest was taxes and fees and hung the phone up. Poor customer service. When I see the owner I will personal tell him about this.
