I do not understand why you need to send two people to measure a week apart. It wastes time. The first measure is for the estimate. It could have been measured precisely, even for an estimate. Then you waited quite a while to order the tempered glass. My job could have been completed in one-third the time if things were more organized. In order to find out anything concerning when the order would arrive, when the job would be completed, etc I always had to call you. Communication would be nice.

I needed to have two windows replaced due to condensation between the panes. I called another company and they had a minimum of two-thousand dollars. Glass Doctor was not that way, they came out within 24 hours of initial call for an estimate. Once I decided to use their services, I was put on the schedule within 72 hours. A team came out and took precise measurements, went back to their shop and built the windows; they came back in and installed the same day. Team was very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommend and will use again.

He texted me and told me he was on the phone with another customer. Cute Safelite did the job very well and very quickly within 2 days I have a new windshield this company they dont even do windshields anymore for vehicles so why are they on the Google Chrome for windshield replacing. How rude

I was looking forward to having glass doctor complete a job for me because of their very high ratings. They’re receptionists are the nicest and I had pleasant conversations with them. However, after calling twice and even showing up in person, I still have not received a single call back. I called them on May 22 and followed up on May 29. I showed up in person on 17 July and still nothing. This is very unprofessional and I will therefore not recommend them for that reason alone. If you cannot or will not do a certain job, just say so, don’t ignore your potential customers. Very disappointed with my experience with glass doctor.

I had several people recommend the Glass Doctor to us. We were so disappointed in them. I took over 3 weeks of constantly calling to get them to come out and look at our job. When he finally came, he promised us an estimate the next day. That was over 4 weeks ago and still no estimate and can’t get them to call us back or anything. Called for a price. They came out to look at glass within 30 minutes. Called me back within an hour with price. Met me at house the next morning after glass was ready to put in. Did an awesome job. This was a specialty glass too. Price was lower than I expected. Very happy. I will refer them as well as call them if I need anything. Definately great service and quality work.

Two very young guys came out to replace a half circle window in my daughters room. They called prior to showing up. When they showed up, they asked to borrow a ladder bc the forgot theirs. The window replacement itself was good. Glass looks neat. After they were done installing it, they had said good bye and left. Some minutes later one of the young guys came back in the house unannounced and went into my daughters room to look for something they left. Fortunately they found whatever they left and then actually left. I didnt appreciate their immaturity and not knocking and waiting until they had approval to reenter the house. Other than that, they did a good job.

Quick, responsive, quality job done at a good price. I dont know what more you could ask from a glass place, but after calling and emailing three other places trying to get a window replaced and couldnt get anyone to actually take my money and give me a window, if were comparing customer service here then this place is easily leagues above the other options. The people up there are pleasant to talk to, theres an answering service if you cant reach them, and - I gotta say this is what made it 5 stars and I have no shame - they answer the phone with the best kind of bad pun. I mean, well done. I love it.

I had a big crack across my windshield for several years and finally got it fixed. I went to the Glass Doctor a day earlier for an estimate. They ordered an replacement and scheduled the work the very next day. It took them less than 1 hour and I was on my way for $250. THE BEST THING IS THAT THERE IS A 1 YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY!! The ladies were sweet and knowledgeable!

Placed an order for glass to be cut for a window early Wednesday morning went Thursday morning to pick up. Glass was not ready. Had to wait for glass to be cut. Told them Wednesday morning to make sure glass was ready. Wasnt ready Thursday morning.

1 is the lowest score that one can give to post. I give Glass Doctor a ZERO. My church window was broken on Easter morning. I called Glass Doctor for a week (from Monday to Monday). Everyday for a week, I was told that someone would come look at the broken window at my church and call me back. After a week of no follow up, I finally decided to stop by in person. The front desk assistant called the owner (Michael) and I THOUGHT I heard him say to her that he was busy and if I could not wait to go somewhere else. I asked to speak with him, and told him that I was sorry to have bothered him. I hurried off the phone and out of the business. Michael (Glass Doctor owner) called me after I left and stated that I heard him wrong and that what he actually said was he “understood if I had to go somewhere else”. He informed me that there were a number of people ahead of me and that there were other glass repair businesses I could call. He concluded with telling me it would not hurt his feelings if I went elsewhere! I thank God that I did not cry in the store. However, the tears flowed as I thought about my week and my experience on the call when the owner (Micheal) called me back to make sure I got what he said right. I write this review because I don’t want anyone else to experience what I did. I appreciate that the owner called me back, however, it was clear that he saw nothing wrong with the fact that I waited for a week and that no one from his company called me back to say anything. Instead, I called to check on the status everyday. It was also clear that he didn’t really care about the lack of response. If you have a broken window, my experience says Glass Doctor is not the company to call if you want a business that is responsive and cares about your business.

Contacted Glass Doctor to have three window screens replaced within 24 hours. Ms. Angela was extremely helpful but she informed me that she wasnt sure if it could be done within 24 hours. While I was speaking with Angela, a gentleman walked in who worked there and she asked him if they could be rescreened by the next day and he said, sure no problem. I dropped the screens off at 1:30 and by 4:30 that same afternoon, they were calling me to let me know they were done. Service like that is immeasurable. Thank you so much for helping me out of the bind I was in.

Called the number got the national chain number they told me someone would contact me eventually. Stopped by the store I was passing through. Talked to the lady at the counter and they told me they could fix the crack in my windshield from a rock on the highway right then. They have great customer service. On time and on budget crisis adverted! Side note this is a late review I’ve been meaning to post this but I’ve been busy. Still I’d recommend them for their prompt and professional service.

Was helped by Elizabeth Smith, who was AWESOME!!!! Made the process so painless, I will never use anyone else for my repairs. This is at least my 3rd time using them in the past 5 years. Everytime has been wonderful, and Im picky!

The installers did as they had to, and the materials were fine. Unfortunately, the salesman Brian miss-represents what can be done and does not verify the job needs. I just built a custom shower for a customer using the newer membrane system like Schluter. The key for warranty to these systems is NO penetrations. When i first talked to Brian, as we were shopping for companies, i told him of the requirements and asked possible solutions. He said they would use some sort of adhesive method, but sold my customers a monster that requires drilling in the shower pan. He should of made sure what he was selling them was appropriate for the use. Now Ive got a customer with a life-shortened shower system, even though i went back in to do extra caulking (theirs was shy) Ive seen YouTubes where these installations fail early from this exact thing and the manufacturers warn about it. And they say to caulk but that does not work the full shower life and voids your system warranty. Once the EPS pan starts soaking up water through a membrane penetration, its early failure. They should be more familiar with newer building materials. But no excuse, i made him aware early and he should have verified later at the sales visit. Therefore, cannot recommend them for these reasons. These contractors ruined months of planning and work.

Our front door’s glass insert, complete with internal moveable blinds, was shattered. Within a day, Glass Dr. assessed the replacement options, located a replacement Insert, and had Michael and Mike on site. Within 30 minutes, Michael and Mike replaced the insert, cleaned the glass and the work area removing the broken unit. They were courteous, clean, quick and competent. We can highly recommend Glass Dr.

I found this service through Google reviews, so I figured I would pass on the love. Got a chip on my windshield from a speeding pebble, and my insurance waived the deductible to have it repaired. Payton did the work for me and it was some kind of magic. 20 minutes in and out and the damage went from the size of a dime to a grain of sand.

I bought glass on Tuesday in Warner Robins. Was told it would be delivered that afternoon or the next. It is now Thursday 5:20 pm and no glass. Dont think I will use Glass Dr again.Maybe I spoke too soon. They are delivering my order. A misunderstanding of what he said and what I understood.

Worst customer service experience of my life. I originally came to fix a leak in my trucks back window. They said they resealed my back window by pulling the window all the way off and re-butyled it but the following day it rained extremely hard and I still had a leak. So I naturally brought my truck back and the tech said it was the plastic trim piece that ran all the way around my back window. The tech stated that if I had a new trim piece installed and the window still leaked that Glass Doctor would reseal my window again. So I bought a $560 trim piece to resolve this issue and had it installed. I tested this trim piece with a hose and I still had a leak. I took my truck back for a third time and the office lady had to get the Manager on the phone. The Manager stated that I would have to make an appointment to see him. I had left my work order at home, so I left to go get this and when I came back the Manager Gary was there. He came out and proceeded to tell me that their warranty did not cover re-seals on back windows. He condescending asked me if I ever worked with windows. Then we got into a heated argument, with him yelling at me infront of my son. Before I left after he yelled at me he said they would re-seal my window and if it still leaked that I knew the policy now and wouldnt come back. I made an appointment for the next day but didnt go back because I pulled my trim from inside my truck and found glue all over the metal which the window connects to. Apparently the tech did no remove my window but just put glue in the spots where the window was leaking. Needless to say I will never go back to this place and will tell everyone I know to take their business else where.

Called back late the next day and was told it would be Thursday October 12 before someone could get to me. Today is Friday, October 13th still have not heard from them.
