I had trouble accessing the Target Circle coupons on my mobile app, easier on laptop. Store was clean, no one spoke to us in entire store except at self checkout. Some were talking about there fellow teammates, but most were stocking and removing old items.

Ordered an item to be delivered that was not in store. Fast delivery right on time! Couldn’t ask for faster or better service.

I was looking for a special edition Heman package. The two associates in the toy section went to great lengths to find the toy that had JUST arrived on the truck. I made sure the manager at this location knew how very thankful I am to this Lady and young man. Thank you Warner Robins Target for these two caring and professional people!!!

If I can only remember the cashiers name. I know it started with an A I think it was something like Adarla maybe, but she was the nicest cashier I have ever experienced at Target. A BEAUTIFUL personality and smile. So customer friendly. I hope she goes far up the ladder. She really cares about her customers...

I am disabled. When I ordered online, I confused the pick-up service with the drive-up service. When I arrived at the store, I called to announce my arrival in the handicapped parking. The difference between the two levels of service was gently explained to me. The young woman assisting me introduced me to the app, diverted my order from pick-up to drive-up, showed me where drive-up was in the parking lot and advised the delivery rep where I was. It was seamless and I had to wait less than 5 minutes. SPLENDID SERVICE all around!

I love target wish it never closed in Macon. Have to drive to Waner Robins.

The staff is always friendly. Their baby clothes are so cute. The kids leggings are also great especially if your children are too thin to wear the ones from walmart. Their cat & jack pull on skinny jeans are great as well. Wish they had a bigger selection for plus sized women. I am a 2x and could barely find anything that i liked.

My husband and I passed this Target location on the main road a few times. We didnt go in because we thought it was just a Mobile store since the sign with all the stores said Target Mobile. Its a full Target.The location was clean and had a lot of the items I was looking for. They didnt have a lot of pots and pans like the Wal-Mart on Watson, but they have a decent selection there.Staff were friendly. I havent met someone who was rude. Although, some of the employees were wearing their masks under their nose and chin.

They have a great selection of JoJo Siwa item. The store was a clean and there was someone up front sanitizing the carts as people brought them back. However, it was a little crowded.

This is at 10:29am... not one register is open besides self check out. I have some items that I am supposed to receive a $10 giftcard with the purchase of multiple items. I literally go to Target and purposely spend more money, so I dont have a Walmart experience. I would highly suggest changing this culture or be prepared for your rating to continually fall. There is literally 1 customer to help all the self check out and she jumped on a register. Megan is the only one that wants to work.***Update 8/1/20The experiences have definitely gotten better. Not to where Target was, but maybe its in the process. Changed my 1 STAR to a 3 STAR, and will update accordingly.

Finally downloaded the app! Got a Target circle discount plus whatever I had in rewards that I was able to use. Nifty. Nice staff. Just wish there was a way to enforce the mask wearing and social distancing. Saw a young lady walking with a mask under her chin and her guest not wearing one at all- and checked out this way. Many places wont service you and fines are even given... Standards should be enforced.

Would rate 5 stars if I didnt have to reset my phone after leaving and I was able to actually use my bluetooth headphones while shopping.Good luck finding any information on this, btw... But try using bluetooth at this store... You wont be able to and they do not overtly post why anywhere, even online.

My order was ready for pickup in less than 2 hours and when I arrived, I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes. As usual, Target exceeded my expectations which is why I rarely walk into a WalMart anymore. The service and the friendliness are a huge bonus too! Thank you!

It was like every other Target Ive been in. I was a little irate at first because I didnt see any handicap carts to use. Fortunately, my back, hips and legs were feeling fairly good. They werent by the time I had walked to Housewares and back to checkout. They werent very busy at all considering how close it was to Christmas so I pretty much breezed through self-checkout and left. But not before I saw that the carts I had looked for on the way in were merely stored around the corner.

I really like Targets mobile app. It gives me the option of buying online or shopping in store. If buying in store it gives you the aisle number of your item. And the sales associate matched the online price. Thats service!

Extremely convenient. did not take long at all. If you cant pick up the same day, Target will hold your order for (I believe) 24 hours and you just have to click Im here once you arrive. Very easy!

The Drive Up experience is awesome! I simply shop on the app, choose drive up, check in when I’m on the way & press Here when I arrive! Associates are at my car within minutes & always friendly! I’ve been using this service since the COVID19 pandemic started and I will continue to use it!

There were NO shorts out for girls (ages 7-14). Yesterday, it was 91 degrees outside. All you have are skirts, pants, and dresses. School is about to start in a week for us. We need SHORTS!

Tried the drive up service for the first time and it was AWESOME!!! The team member was friendly and was already waiting on me in the parking lot when I got there. She asked me where I wanted my items, I told her the trunk, she put my items in the trunk and I was on my way. Will definitely be using this service again!

Manager, Matt Loiatono gave me considerate time and attention over the phone. I had a bunch of questions and he, a bunch of solutions. I would say A++ customer service. Willing to suggest to me the most affordable path to ensure my friend has her baby registry list executed at the most affordable price. I advise all to get the Target Red card. It comes in both credit and debit options. For those with already too many credit cards you can link you bank account and save with money you’re already about to spend! Saving 5% goes a long ways when you have a long list to fulfill. I’m excited to get my friend all she needs. Thank you Mr. Loiatono you are very much appreciated!

Found exactly what I was looking for and the man at the checkout was very nice

Very busy and they had one ten and under register open and a regular one and of course the self checkouts. The Christmas clearance was not ringing up right so they had to go in one by one and adjust the prices. She finally opened another register - another ten and under. I went over and asked her why she didnt open a regular register because that line was way longer so she did. Then the register locked up so we had to move a third time. On the flip side, so the staff and customers were very nice, friendly and social.

In the midst of Covid 19 mask practices surrounding employees are very worrisome. With increasing cases and virus on the rise. Employees are haphazardly wearing masks below chin nose and mouth. Cashier opened and I proceeded to her line and cashier had her mask in this position. I requested she pull in up but after ringing up my 4 items prior to me completing transaction it was back down again. This is after me explaining my husband was high risk

You just lost a customer, due to your no returns policy.. Not accepting returns to me mean were closed because you absolutely should be. When someone buys something that doesnt work, they should be able to return it, that day.

Store has had at least 3 employees test positive for coronavirus and has yet to inform the public or take the proper precautions. This location is intentionally hiding the spread of COVID among its workers and is risking public health and safety by not at least informing the public of the situation.

So this target is not mechanised as well as the others Ive gone to. Didnt find what I was looking for. Also had to ask the self checkout attendant to wipe my machine. I have at risk family members.

They had some young girls working the front Attitudes horrible disrespectful and don’t have a bit of customer service I’ve been a customer service manager over five years and it’s a shame when I see disrespectful rude young people representing the front end of the store. Management really need to stay on top of their attitude problem employees Oh I love target since I moved to this part of Georgia from another state this is the only target around. I have not been to target in so long now because I’m turned off from going to this one and that’s sad

Placed an order for pick up for an item they had eight of, and two hours later I get an email saying there were no more on the shelf. Their online pick up team needs to move faster. This is unacceptable.
