Waited 45 minutes and we just left because she did even realize there were other people in the building. Its safe to say that well never come here again.
Charles was very courteous and professional. Very knowledgeable about plans,phones and accessories. I will be using this store from now on. Very pleasant visit. Im going there tomorrow actually.
So I went into the store to pay my bill and to upraised my phone. I paid my bill (over $200) in cash and told me that’s there’s a $3 fee to pay with cash.... ok, annoying by whatever. Then I was going to pay off my iPad ($104 left) and get a new phone. They told me that I can’t use cash for payoffs because of fraud... I am beyond frustrated and will not be returning to this store.
They had barely any androids on display. Staff never acknowledged me and my hubs and I were the only customers.

No one there no what theyre doing, they dont train their employees. They had the manager on the phone and she kept repeated the same things and she was telling us that everything the other employee told us was wrong. We were trying to upgrade and we ended up just canceling the phones and leaving.
We received incredible customer service by Jennifer, Store Manager, today! She was so patient with us as my mom purchased a new phone. She answered every question with a smile on her face, never rushed us or the process. Even though several people that came in after we arrived, she made us feel like we were the only customers in the store and carefully completed our order! You cant beat that kind of service! She was able to recover my moms contacts and no request we made to her today went unanswered. Thank you, Jennifer!!!! This is the most pleasant experience we have ever had at a Verizon Wireless store!!!
I had a great experience at this store. Tyler really went out of his way to make sure I had all of the accessories I needed! It was almost as if I had known Tyler for years. I recommend people stop here for great prices and amazing customer service.
Lady had terrible attitude and didnt seem to want to help at all. She said my pin as well as my zip code were wrong...i went to other verizon store and had no problems. Really just think she didnt want to help and had poor attitude.

Absolutely wonderful experience purchasing a new phone! I was dreading it so much! My phone was dead and I was worried that I would lose all my contacts! Asst. manager, Jennifer, was unbelievably patient and knowledgeable!! Thank you, Jennifer!!!
They helped me out so much when I had to have a new phone but didnt have the full amount to upgrade.. So they found me a nice phone that paid most of my upgrade fee and my trade-in also paid for my phone case and screen protector. And very friendly staff

I dont know who hires the employees for this Verizon store, but they have done an excellent job! Every person I have dealt with in this store is super polite, very knowledgeable about their products and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Arianne, Omar and Joey are great folks and made my experience with Verizon truly awesome. They all deserve a raise or bonus or something for their efforts!After the great experience I had originally, I am extremely disappointed that they cant seem to honor the $75 warranty I bought for the screen protector for my phone (Samsung Note 8). Ive been by twice and they are always out of the protector I need. Didnt bother to take my name and number, just didnt seem to give a care! When I called Verizon, Im told theres a $25 deductible. I dont think so!

Five stars for friendliness!! We always get friendly service at this store. Worth driving farther to get help there. Today, Arianne helped me and was soooo kind and sweet. It seemed like she enjoyed halping. I highly recommend this store.

Manager made a point that she was go wireless Not Verizon, issue, a week later waiting for a refund to my CC...she said 3 to 5 days, going on 7. No, not impressed, they say they are Verizon until there is an issue.
