Quick turn around, took about two weeks since they had to order the window. They got me on the schedule just in time for closing of my home. The price was very reasonable as well.

From my first call, the estimate, ordering to install this process has been seamless. On the day of install Geoffrey and Thomas called and asked if they could come early. They assisted in getting the blind off the door, installed the window, cleaned the window and explained what I needed to do. They even hung my blind back up. They were very polite and respectful. The Glass Guru was a breath of fresh air after a frustrating and disappointing experience working with The Glass Doctor’s contractor (Dublin Windows & Glass) to install a shower glass door. I will spare the details of our bad experience here (please see my review on the Dublin W & G and Glass Doctor’s pages if interested). My husband and I went with The Glass Guru for reinstall of a new shower glass door and couldn’t be happier with the result. They have a transparent warranty, friendly staff and high quality products. They worked with us after our bad experience and salvaged what hardware they could from our previous (brand new) shower glass door, which saved us money. They were very careful, quick and professional throughout the entire process. They used all the appropriate glass installation gear for a safe and secure install. They were slightly cheaper than other quotes I got in the area and even offered us a military discount on hardware (the glass and parts), which was very helpful! In comparison to our previous glass door installed, their dimensions were on point and we are very impressed how clean and close their measurements got to provide us the most minimal, modern hinge door. Exactly what we hoped for! Overall, I would highly recommend them for your shower glass door or any glass needs! A pain and stress free experience for us!

The staff are amazing! Went above and beyond to help me get my windows fixed! Matt had actually left my house and went back to check something for me. Didnt get the name of the lady who answers the phone but she is so pleasant and personable. I really enjoyed talking to her. Will definitely call them again when I need glass work done! A++++ job! I have to say that the two guys who came out to do the replacement on my kitchen window were fabulous. Not only were they very knowledgeable and open to questions about newer kinds of windows and glass overall, but they did a fantastic and fast job installing the window and even cleaned up afterwards! They were very friendly, and the company as a whole seems to be very affordable! :-)

You should rename your business. In my experience the company claims to be the glass guru but when I tell them that I am not the guru they should step in and tell me what I need as far as the glass type, cut, etc. I knew the dimensions I needed but as far as the type and cut I didnt. I assumed the guru would help me. Customer Service...what is that? This review is particularly based on table top glass I ordered. DO NOT ORDER from the glass guru. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I live on Lake Seminole in Ga. I talked to Kenny at Glass Guru and gave him the measurements for large 6 feet by 5 feet windows for the house to get good views of the lake. He had them custom built for me from company named Alside. Last Oct Hurricane Michael totaled the house but the windows survived. These windows faced east and took the full force of the Cat 3 hurricane. Large trees fell on the house and some just inches from the windows. I couldnt believe there werent even any cracks in the large pieces of glass. So I saved the windows during demolition and they will go in the new house. I know its unreasonable to expect windows to survive a hurricane with no cracks, but Im so glad they did. The Glass Guru sold me some very high quality windows and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had our mirrors framed. Very professional, no mess, exact measurements, very pleased and happy with the frames. Would recommend 100 percent. Work was immaculate.
