When this place 1st opened up it was really nice. The clerks were nice and friendly. Their coffee was always made and hot. Their shelves were full with lots of choices. They always had icy cold drinks and working soda fountain. I am sad to see it go so far downhill since it opened up before the pandemic. I used to stop here every morning, not to much anymore. 😞

I go to this 711 about twice a week for almost a year now . No complaints !

Terrible terrible a family member from my household had went to this 7 11 at various times over the past 2 weeks only to not be able to get the things needed because they just put a sign in the door saying closed for paperwork. It is unfair to the good patrons of our community. And it seems to happen at the whim or someone who just doesnt feel like working. I have pulled up and seen several customers leaving in disgust. And if u visit a y of the other stores you never have this problem. As one of the NEW stores you would think they have figured out what the others can do like do paper work and keep the doors open like professional. This needs to be addressed ASAP or I will be forced as will many others who I have talked to on the neighborhood app to take our business to ONCUE where I have never seen this type of outrageous behavior. You guys used to have the market cornered but people have choices now that are equal if not better..... SO DO BETTER!

Used to be great place: clean, well stocked, friendly cashiers. Last few times went in very dirty floors & countertops, like everywhere. This time, all 3 sugar dispensers were completely empty which was needed because noone added the sugar to the sweet tea. Only ONE worker found at 5:10p!!

Poorly managed. Consistently out of fuel, straws, beverages, etc. Pumps are often broken. Thx card never works at the pump. There are two Oncues within half a mile. Stop there instead.

FREAL Shake machine has been dirty for almost 2 weeks now. Place is dirtiest 7-11 Ive seen. This store has declined in appearance and service since last crew changed out within the last 2 months. Regional mgr needs to take care of this. Late at night is by far worst crew.

Did not want to assist in helping me use the the gas only gift card that the hospital gave us.

Guess I need to find a new store. Used to love this location, and would drive out of my way to go there. But for the 5th time this week, no cups, then today, no toilet paper, and no food at their little restaurant (and its lunch time 12:30). Not sure whats going on.

This store is not very old. Ever since Corp has taken over, it has gone downhill quickly. Today out of big gulp cups, floor sticky. Customer service is terrible, especially manager. There can be 6 people in line with 1 person at a register and the manager on the computer eating. I constantly have to correct them on my fountain price. This store looks terrible for its age. This is close to my house, but I will go elsewhere from now on.

They dont enforce the mask mandate at this location so anyone high risk should consider going elsewhere.

Great for a gas stop and/or snack stop.

Staff is very rude and wouldn’t refund my money when I asked for $20 on a pump and only received 10. They are always out of a lot of things that should be stocked regularly (straws, lids, etc.). Lived next to this almost a year and I’ve chosen to taken the short extra drive down to OnCue.

Well lite parking lot with plenty of gas pumps to choose from. Their location is great for traffic heading east on Northwest Expressway. As it is easy to enter and exist the parking lot. However if you are heading west on Northwest Expressway it is better to exit the parking lot on the east end and wait at the light to continue west.

Why does 711 make it so hard to cash money orders? Telling them no they cant cause it would mean I would have to wait. Then I said I can wait. Then saying they just cant do it right now. You do realize some of us have bills to pay? We need to cash these. If it means waiting 30 min fine, but dont just tell us no cause you dont want to.

What a big, fancy 7-11 this is. Im used to the smaller 7-11s. This place definitely has more options but beware the fountain drinks. If youre used to the crushed normal 7-11 ice, not all ice distributors on the fountain drink machine have it. Some have the bigger block ice which may dilute your experience.

Very clean inside of store and in the parking lot. customers all seemed to be happy and very friendly. cashiers were great and the store utilized all registers so the wait time was less than a minute. great customer service experience .

Okay so I have come in the last three days..... The same chip has been on the dirty counter for three day. Customer service is great but they need to make sure they are cleaning the dirty counter. At the bar area where people can sit down and eat.

Place is always nice. Wish they would get back to making the breakfast pizza. Employees are nice. Store is clean.

One of the best 7-11s in the metro and nested between 2 competitor locations is great for good prices. Lots of pumps that are clean and well light.

Brand new real clean huge parking lot

This is one nice gas station. The coffee selection is great and the pizza is really good.

One of the newest stores, it has all the amenities of a super sized convenience store with the huge selection of items from fruit to junk food. The pumps are quick and they have both a pure gas and alcohol added option fir the cost conscious as well.

Worst coffee in the state of Oklahoma. It is always cold with coffee grinds in it

Near the house. Gas is a deal with the TNX card in OK. Automatic 5 cent per gallon savings. Good stop for snacks and other things as well.

This is a larger style 7-Eleven, roomy, clean. Large selection of coffee and also a fresh made breakfast station.

This is my favorite 7/11, this is the first one that served fresh food. They made my breakfast every morning just the way I wanted no matter who was back there making it. I do not live in the area anymore so I dont visit that 7/11 anymore, but there is no other 7/11 alike it.
