Great employees, the store is always so clean and well organized and stocked. pharmacy could use more help, they always seem stressed but are always so nice, Kyle is always friendly and helpful and goes out of his way to help me. Jennifer is great too she is just so sweet. wife has trouble with the womens bathroom door though. good store

What kind of pharmacy loses a file on Covid vaccinations?!?! Your a disgrace!

This pharmacy is terrible. First of all the pharmacist is lots of times off duty so they’re closed a lot. Also they are very slow and communication is lacking. Also, the tall flamboyant guy is very rude and condescending. I have tried this pharmacy twice in the past and always end up switching back to CVS across the street, there is a reason why this pharmacy doesn’t have great reviews.

Terrible service, expect to wait on hold for 15-30 mins after you talk to an automated voice about absolutely nothing for 5 mins. Then expect them to get an attitude with you. Also expect your doctor to send refills that Walgreens never gets so you have to play middle man and call them both 3 times and then ask Walgreens to just call the doctor directly to figure it out but asking this pharmacy to go out of their way to help isn’t going to happen.Find a small drug store, Walgreens is the most stressful pharmacy I’ve ever used and they will not refill your script for you even though your doctor is telling you he refilled it but Walgreens hasn’t gotten it for 10 days.

I was picking up my grandmothers medication. They said it was ready, when I went by later to pick it up they said it was out of stock! It makes no sense how you can receive a prescription out of stock. It’s very inconvenient and the communication loop needs to be better!

It’s the 3rd day I am here at their pharmacy and he is telling me sorry they been busy and not having my prescription ready! I won’t have my doctor send my prescription here anymore!!

The pharmacy is constantly contradicting themselves. They say your script is ready then you get there and they say you cant get it for a few more days then when that day comes they have to fill it. Like you knew 3 days ago Id be picking it up, why make me wait. This happens every month. I will no longer be coming to ANY walgreens pharmacy again! What a joke...

The employees at this particular location are friendly & helpful, & the pharmacy staff are an excellent crew, & picking up prescriptions is an easy process. Nice, clean, organized store.

Walgreens has been my pharmacy for several years. I have only one complaint. To pick up my medicine I have to wait several minutes to get waited on. I believe Walgreens is very short with help

Today I went to the pharmacy to drop off 2 prescriptions. I was in line behind an elderly woman and there were 2 people behind me. The elderly woman wanted to talk to the tech behind the counter about her son being a DM for Walgreens, Toffeefay, haircuts, etc. Ive been in customer service and I understand that sometimes the elderly like to talk and so I waited patiently. The tech finished up with the customer and now it was my turn. I hand the tech my prescriptions and explained that I would like to find out how much they would cost with my new insurance. She pulled up my file and updated the address and entered the insurance information. As she was about to check my co-pays,, the Pharmacist looked over and told the tech to tell me to sit down so she could check out the people behind me. So, they go on and on about non-pharmacy chit chat with the lady in front of me, but now my question about co-pays was making me go to the back of the line????? Thats ridiculous. When the tech got done taking care of the other 2 customers, she then checked my co-pays, which only took about 2 minutes. I can not believe the level of customer service that came from the Pharmacist. I will not be back.

Sign on the door says they open at 7 am. Stopped to get some over the counter medicine for my boyfriend before work. The white guy with the big hair and headphones that drives a black and red Mustang appeared to be the only employee on duty. He looked at us through the door (it was 7:05) and then walked away towards the photo counter or whatever is to the right. Never came back. The only reason we came here is because it would be easier to get back on the road and not have to cross traffic. We stood out there for about 7 minutes then decided to drive across to CVS where they are always polite and pleasant and seem appreciative of your business. Id much rather give them my money. As far as my experiences go at this location and the one on Council and NW Expressway --- Walgreens employees attitudes leave a lot to be desired. Will be sending notification to corporate.

This is a nice store. Employees generally seem good and ready to help. Store is well stocked and organized.

Just left the store there were 4 cars in drive thru sit there waiting for a bit finally went inside to drop off prescription. The reason there was a line was the guy working window was sitting there texting and reading messages on his phone once he finally got done he decided open window and ask what they needed they were there pick up meds he shut window got back on phone. I seen the lady helping me look over at him shake her head and the actual lady that was pharmacist was looking at him with evil eye but why no one had said anything idk. Seems y’all need review camera and deal with this guy.

Nice clean store, and there prices are not to bad for a pharmacy. Great place to get pictures developed also.

I have gone to this location for over 15 years everyone is very nice. Except one girl by the name of Victoria. She is rude and doesn’t even say thank you to her customers. I said thank you to her and she ignored me. Don’t know what her problem is.

The pharmacy is super duper slow. Never have enough staff and always in a rush. They never have my meds filled in a timely manner.

Pharmacy; Horrible!! Always behind, never nice. I dropped off my sons prescription 2 hours ago so I call and the lady said we are not done yet, give me 30 mins and I will try to have it ready, as if she was annoyed. Im sorry but its been over 2 hours and I am calling to see if there was a problem, insurance wise, not to get an attitude because youre behind. Rediculous! Not even 5 mins later I get a text saying my sons prescription is ready...... we will be switching to a new Walgreens after this month.

Good Store! @likuidbeats: If you have a problem with the techs, you should contact the Pharmacist or the Pharmacy Manager whom, I assure you, will take care of the problems. Last night I had a problem with a smart aleck type tech, who acted like I was putting her out to have to wait on me. I took a name and kicked dragon, by contacting the store Pharmacy Manager. So... dont complain when you have alternative methods to deal with such issues. This is a great store. Very helpful and knowledgeable people. Theres always a bad apple in the bunch no matter where you go!

Closes earlier than posted hours and ignore customers outside of door at 9:50. Customer service obviously absent the mangers and owner should learn what customer service is and retrain the workers

Walgreens sent me a text saying my prescription was ready for pickup, but when went to pick it up they informed me that my medicine was on backorder. No other Walgreens has it. Bunch of dookie
