4 stars this is the second time I waited more than the 1 1/2 it should take for the work. This time it was the supplier fault bring a wrong part it was a front rotor and a back rotor when it was supposed to be 2 back rotors. The couch was so hard to sit on even the other lady had a hard time. Since I wasnt expecting it to take that long (4 1/2 hours long besides the inspection time and travel time 5 1/4 hours) I didnt bring anything to drink they have no coffee pot. Overall they did take care of me so its a 4 star instead of 3

Nice people but they gave me a quote over the phone and then when I brought my car in they doubled it. There was no change between what I asked for over the phone and what they found with my car. I went someplace else.Edit: True you did not charge for the inspection and I appreciate that. However the quote I asked for over the phone was for a brake booster in my vehicle and your diagnosis was for brake booster in my vehicle.
