First time going here today. Great customer service and donuts. They were out of sprinkle donuts by the time we went in. Before my son had a chance to choose a different donut the lady upfront ran in the back and made him 2 sprinkle donuts. Will definitely be going back!

Im sad today as my favorite Donut shop is coming to an End after 39 years . Good luck with retirement. And Thanks for my 25yrs of eating your Italian sandwiches and delicious donuts. First off let me tell you we were there on national donut day. The donut selection was a little Limited but they still had Donuts. They said to wait a couple minutes and they will get us some fresh ones! We waited and let me tell you it was worth the wait! The donuts were delicious fresh hot and outstanding! We were there during the shift change and the people that were there were very inviting and full of information about their donuts and what they were good for and that they had just won a trophy for the best chocolate raised donut. I cannot tell you how good these Donuts were, they take a lot of pride in making fresh donuts I met the baker he was very intrigued on how much I loved raised Donuts. So if youre ever in the neighborhood and are in the mood for a good donut stop here very delicious they have beverages hot coffee cold pop and donuts. So grab some friends and go grab yourself a dozen donuts and enjoy life. The staff is waiting for you. Thank you!

This place is the best! Home made pastries. When I come in with the kids, if they are out of sprinkles donuts, they go in the back and make fresh ones. Everyone who works here is so nice

They have a large selection of donuts. They also have sub sandwiches and other delicious pastries. You can come in and sit down at the counter and have some coffee and its 24 hours. Its also and a great location right off of Mound Road near 11 mile.

Donuts were good. they also do wings and I was in there about an hour before they closed to order some but I was told they were out and while that might have been true it seemed more like the lady just didnt want to make them.

Love this place. Great donut selection fresh with special orders available with notice Spinach/Feta pie is a must try when available. update please support this small business as all locals. Give them a try. We want variety. A major chain built next door but DONUT FACTORY beats them. The menu is vast with chicken, beef and spinach pastries. Try the spinach it is AMAZING. See attached pics for proof.They are the size of 1/2 of a pie. A good value.

First time having the donuts today and my oh my my these donuts are delicious. Theyre so soft and tasteful and the place has a chill-retro vibe to it. The lady behind the counter was very polite too. The place has a huge parking lot and they accept credit cards (a lot of tiny bakerys dont). I definitely will be back

My favorite place to get donuts. I think they have been there forever and seem to keep the same employees. That says something good about the owners.Nothing fancy about the donuts except they are good oldfashioned donuts. Flavorful hearty rounds of flavor.Right next door to Tim Hortons, but why anyone would choose Tims over Donut Factory is beyond me. Donut Factory also has counter service and makes fried chicken and a special treat...pasties!Give it a try!

Very very disappointed in the paczki this year they are not the same they are flat and hardly no filling i preordered and they look like flat egg shape and no glaze I get the same one every year they change how they make them I recently moved so I drove an hour to come to the donut factory now cause they use to be my favorite but I will not give them any more of my money for paczki the money I spent today was just this. In the trash so sad

Fried chicken is honest, no frills, real deal fried chicken, made fresh daily during lunch and made to order any other time you want it (call ahead). Their pasties looked really good and thats what Ill be getting next time Im there.

Absolutely love this place! The donuts are delicious. I highly recommend the apple fritters. The pasties are also amazing, and come with a little side of dipping sauce.The best part is the hours, of course. 24 hours monday through friday! Craving coffee and a donut at 2 am on a Tuesday? Ever since we moved to Warren this has been our Go To place for donuts. I have bought these amazing donuts and took them to work multiple times. People commonly name these Crack Donuts because they are so addictive haha. Seriously, so soft and perfectly sweet. I havent tried the pasties but they look amazing as well. Also this awesome little shop has long hours open 24 hours most days. My favorite donut is topped with chocolate and filled with vanilla cream, they dont always have it ready to go so when I ask, they ALWAYS go in the back and fill one on the spot for me! That is service!
