Was passing through the area and stopped at this location with the family on a Friday night. The online hours and actual hours had a discrepancy— we arrived 2 minutes before closing but learned new hours were an 8pm close.I’m not “that guy”, had no problem stopping at a different BR on the way home but the lone employee, Courtney, insisted we stay and was happy to help prepare 4 items for us. Great customer service and genuinely seemed happy to stay and help out.Surprised to see negative reviews here — we will go out of our way to come back.

One word-----yummy. Ice cream for grand daughter. Fancy latte for me. Very nice young lady waited on us. Very nice.

Just purchased a large latte. If I had not already driven away I would have returned. I took the lid off and it literally was only half full with a little whipped cream!! $4.55 for a half full cup??? I don’t mind the money if you get a full cup? What a rip off!

My sundae recipie: 2 scoops vanilla, one scoop chocolate, covered with chocolate and Carmel syrup, topped with whipped cream! Baskin Robbins hasnt let me down making this recipie!

Visited between 3:45 -4:15pm. Only one employee; no smile; on mobile phone while filling my order. Plastic sundae container top wasn’t sealed, I asked to fix it, said she didn’t know how to close it but begrudgingly did it. Got my change and handed it to me ; again no smile and no thank you either. Forget this place.

Good however there was only 1 person working today so there was a little wait but she was very nice

I went for a visit last night. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the staff was nice. I ordered a layered cookie dough sundae and the cookie dough pieces were DISGUSTING. It tasted as if there was a chemical in them, or they were old. Once the sundae was taken back inside, the staff said it was her first day back and she dont believe the staff that had been there all week changed the cookie dough out......so basically it was old as hell. Not her fault so I dont individually blame her.The lady there exchanged my sundae for a different flavor with a new bag of toppings. I was grateful. As I began to eat it I noticed the bottom (which was suppose to be filled with caramel) was either filled with either very old caramel or some other yellowish looking topping.....all I know is that it wasnt normal looking caramel that I usually get from Baskin Robbins.I just gave up at that point......

Santa will not be going there anymore. Front doors locked 3 hours before they close. Drive thru was open.

Todays visit is what separates baskin- robbins from the rest. customer service at its very best.thank you for going above and beyond with no help and running both businesses.;dunkin doughnuts.

My drink fell to the floor without a single taste. The head worker mentioned they could do nothing for me. I will not return or recommend anyone to visit that location.
