Purchased an item from Pro Audio and Andrew was very helpful in making my decision. He explained all the ins and outs of the product I purchased and even assisted me on my inability to make this work . It wasn’t the product it was more of my lack of skill. I asked him if I could return and they were gracious enough to accommodate me. I know that’s not their policy but Andrew and the owner Rob made it happen. I truly am grateful and I would highly recommend Pro Audio and Lighting for your DJ equipment.

Real friendly folks; well stocked and theyll order it if you need it. Good prices on new stuff and great prices on used! Seemingly THE brick and mortar to go to for all those pesky snakes, cords, and adapters that no one else ever has. Why wait for the mail when you can just go down there and get that dang RCA to 1/4 in. cable youve needed for weeks anyway RIGHT NOW?!

Great service & competitive prices. Ive been going here for years to see DJ lighting in action before I buy anything. They have one of the biggest lighting display/selections in the Metro Detroit area and, unlike other places, they keep it up to date with the newest gear. Im not a DJ so I cant review the audio selection but Im sure its just as good as this place is always busy. Competition is tight with the option to buy online but, if youre like me, you want to see/hear/test out gear before you buy & thats something that only a brick & mortar place will give you. Proud to support a local Michigan company as well.

The staff helped us put together a system that fulfilled our needs. There was a delay from the manufacturer and some of the product was not received until last minute before our event. The staff dropped what they were doing to ensure that we had everything that we needed and that our system was complete and built correctly prior to our deadline. Excellent customer service!!!!!!!!

I just picked up a pair of Presonus Eris 8 studio monitors there recently. In fact, I have purchased all my dj gear there. Great service, great products and knowdlegable staff.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff.Weve gone for several equipment rentals for events. Since we were prepared with the type of environment, size / layout of the area, etc., the staff (in particular Andrew) were able to show us some options for various audio and lighting equipment that perfectly met our needs.Customer service has been top notch throughout; they certainly have earned any future business from us, even in this day and age of Amazon.

Great store for DJ, Churches, Restaurants, Bars and clubs to get audio equipment and lighting. They have rentals and do repairs as well. Staff is knowledgeable and helps get what you need without spending a fortune. I would highly recommend this place.

Did not have a good experience here.One of the workers was talking down to my husband the whole time like he didnt know anything. It was very rude.Also, the prices are WAY too high.I found the same exact equipment for cheaper other places.Im not sure how the rest of the staff is, this was one experience with one person in there and sadly will probably be the last. It is never okay to treat anyone like they are less.

Worse company to deal with I have my far share of disappointments with this company. not just a one time bad experience.what put it really over the top is I had a 5,000 job that i need to rent some lighting poles to put up 40ft of truss. I had arranged the day before to come pick it up and the next time I went to go pick it up and they told me that I could not rent the light poles because they need them for something after they already told me the day before I was all set. this was a big corp. event and it almost had to be cancel because the unprofessional of this company. if you want to rent go else were. also you can fine lights cheaper they want this company is willing to sell for.to be frank this company is lucky they are the only store that sell lighting and dj equipment because if there was another store this store would not be in business. buy & rent else were. Please save your self the headache. I would have gave this store a zero, but google made me give one star to post.

Great Customer Service...always have solutions to any problem I may have. This is one of those companies that you can trust. They are not a here today gone tomorrow type of business. Very competitive pricing. I have shopped here for a number of years and will continue to do so.

They have the sign open and I was knocking on door for over 5 minutes until big fella open the door and all the lights were off and he was so rude, he just doesn’t want be there not happy to see costumer at all

Not impressed. Ordered an item off their website, checked out and two days later got an email saying that they wouldnt honor the order. The reason given was that the 10% promo code should not have been allowed with items that were already discounted. Guys - this is 2014 - the web is not new. Maintain your website.I was offered the 10% discount off full price, (ridiculous) or pay the published price with no coupon code. They also wanted to add on shipping when it showed up free economy shipping in the cart. We are talking about 10% of a $200 item. Not insignificant, but also not like a $1000 guitar for $50.Total Bait and Switch. Dont waste your time.

Pro Audio and Lighting is the best! Rob was very helpful with getting my son all set up with a new DJ system. We will definitely be back in the future - either at the Warren store or Ill shop their website. Loved the showroom and lighting room! The sales staff are all professional DJs and very knowledgeable in the products on the floor. Only place to go for any sound or lighting gear. Staff is always friendly and knows what they are talking about. They can always point me in the right direction of what I am looking for and get me into solid reliable gear. Love the lighting showroom, always good to see the lights in person before buying.

Ever since they left. Ford Rd. This store & the people in it went down hill. They never made a disclaimer about disount & open box. The sales associate had trouble with redoing a card. Then he had the nerve to tell me I was lieing. I will never do business with them again. There credit card gets cut up when I get home.

Ive been a loyal customer since 1998! What I love most is that their staff is either engineers or DJs. They frequent the manufacturers seminars and REALLY KNOW the product before it hits the shelf. Any questions, theyre not guessing, they KNOW! And theyre NOT blowing smoke up your *** like other dj stores (e.g. guit c).-DJ inCreDuBle
