One star is generous. I went to the body shop to get a quote on my car door. No insurance involved. Just a minor repair to my DS door. My car was parked at Big O right beside the body shop. The older man in charge of the quotes said he was too busy to walk 2 minutes to my car. Hes a poor representation of the dealership. If I was the GM Id find someone else to manage my body shop.No. I will not be using your services. I shouldnt have to park my car on his desk to get a quote. I appreciate the directors call, but he said it was policy for the body shop man to not leave his office. How is he supposed to inspect vehicles for quotes? The explanation didnt make sense.

When my daughter, a UCM student, had her car hit just before finals week, we were really worried about how we would get it fixed before she needed to come home to GA. The body shop estimated our car within 15 minutes of her arriving and had the work completed within 5 days- Just in time for her to drive home. Nice enough guys but I am not impressed with the service this time around. They forgot to put in new tire pressure sensors (TPMS) as I requested. They did not ask me what oil I wanted for my oil change nor did they put it on the receipt so I still do not know for sure what brand and type was used. They did not clean the wheels very well before balancing so I have to question how good the balance could possibly be now. (The attached picture is how the wheel looked right after service) My hubcaps were in the trunk but they did not put them on or or ask if I wanted them installed. As I said, they are nice guys and maybe were just having an off day. Also, they did offer to install the TPMS sensors at another time and would do it without charging for labor.

This dealership provided wonderful service as usual. Service is professional and the staff is always polite.

They worked past quitting time to get us going again. The diesel tech was able to get us to a point that we felt comfortable getting the truck home. We were on our way from Wyoming to our home in Georgia from our yearly hunting trip when our ram 2500 stranded us 800 plus miles from home. Upon calling other closed dealerships in the area we finally found Warrensburg Dodge. We were 30 miles away and close to closing time but Riley the service advisor said see if you can make it we will wait. When we finally arrived he had Curtis a very well rounded knowledgeable technician right on it! Although he was not able to completely diagnose the problem I was assured that the truck would make the trip home. He was correct, took a little longer but arrived safely. I would highly recommend this business and would certainly use them if I were closer. This was customer service at its very best! I bought a 2019 Challenger RT here in August- they were asking $34k and I got it for $30. It was $38500 new off the lot.Good deal... fair enough. But- Ive been considering trading up to a 392- and as of today they would only give me $26,500 trade in. Ive only put 3k miles on the car- 21000 toal... and I had the windows tinted, oil changed and professionally cleaned. So... fyi folks. Time to check other dealers-

Didn’t buy my Jeep here, but you would never know it when I come in for service. Since moving to the area it’s the only place I go for routine maintenance. Service guys are friendly, knowledgeable and don’t try to high pressure up-sell you services. They may recommend something be done and advise of the consequences of not doing, but don’t pressure you until you give in. I will definitely buy here when the time comes to replace my current Jeep.

If I could give negative stars I would. They overfilled my oil so much it was on the braid of the dipstick. I took it in for them to fix it and they acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. They wouldn’t even go check to prove I was right. NEVER going here again!
