I highly recommend this location if your in the area, I had car problems and being from Chicago I didnt know the area but the manager and crew were very helpful and polite. They tried everything possible to help out. I felt welcomed

This review is long overdue. We were visiting Warsaw from out of town over the summer when we had issues with our truck. Jamie from this store went out of his way to help us get our truck back on the road. We had over 650 miles to drive to get home and he really went above and beyond to help us. Kim was also very helpful. Thank you both for all of your help. We will pay it forward!

This is always a great experience! The manager is amazing and the staff is always helpful. They dont waste your time, and if the associate helping you doesnt have the answer or understand what you need they get from someone who does. I like that when you go in to buy a part they make aware of additional items you might need. 👍👍👍

I purchased a battery from AutoZone from a polite man. Another man installed the battery quickly and was very friendly.

I cant say enough positive things about the gentlemen who have helped me numerous times over the last six months or so...They always have a friendly attitude, and never seem to mind when I have more than one question.

I regret going here. Least friendly/helpful people of any parts store I have been in. Sorry your computer is wrong and the autozone website was accurate. Got what I needed, but not after being sold the wrong part and having my choice of emailing the receipt mean I wouldnt be getting my money back. What a joke. I had just left the store 3-5 minutes prior and was talking to the person that sold it to me. He felt very confident in my lack knowledge as he spun the monitor and pointed at the screen. Upon looking up the other trans info and seeing it was giving the same info/parts, he either realized something was wrong, or figured both were the same and I was dumber than he originally thought. His smug look has me thinking the latter.

If I could give them zero stars I would I ordered a part that I need and they told me it would be here by 3 pm I arrived at 5 pm and they said it was never ordered. Now Im stuck in their parking lot waiting for my husband to get here.

Decent prices on some things

Was super helpful needed a couple screws and my license plate changed. I just wanted to borrow the tool. The guy however just took care of it for me. I didnt have to ask. Thats true customer service.

This Warsaw, IN, store is in a class all it’s own! They are the BEST automotive store I’ve ever dealt with! Every time I go in, or call them for information they give it to me like I am right there at the store! I don’t even check with other automotive stores for price checking as they always without fail give me the best deal. Once I arrive at the store, they literally go out of there way to help me in the quickest & best manner, and in my book they always succeed. They’ve helped me with everything from most recently a new car battery, brakes & pads, to bulbs of all sorts, pure synthetic & regular types of oil, a variety of car filters, fuses, gas additives, windshield washer fluids, windshield wiper blades of all kinds, & many other items. When looking for any thing related to a car I call AutoZone & they always have what I need no matter what, it’s like it’s not an option for them not to carry an item which is just amazing since when you need something you obviously don’t really want to wait for it! They also keep the store neat & tidy & have trash receptacles outside near the entrance which is very smart!

Excellent customer service. Im especially thankful to Graydon for helping me change my license plate out. I have bilateral carpal tunnel and was not able to get the screws out of my plate to put my new one on. He helped me pick out new screws and put on my new plate for me. Very kind and helpful.

I just got into Indiana from California and found out my headlight was out. I stopped into AutoZone not having a clue what I was looking for. Grayden D. Best place for fast parts if you ask me. This locations is good on service depending on how busy they are. Do engine check and all that good stuff. I know the seasoned employees and managers by name now. Yes so there are more expensive here than walmart depends on what you buying.

We had to make an emergency stop here as we were heading out of town because the car seemed like it was starting to over heat. I am glad this was located right where I needed it. They were inadequately staffed for the surprising number of customers there was on a weekday morning, so I was waiting with five kids in line and a dog barking in the car for quite some time. Ive worked retail and I understand that sometimes happens. They dont get more stars though because they didnt offer me a paper funnel to help me get antifreeze into my radiator in their parking lot. I didnt realize that was even a thing, until another customer offered me help in the parking lot (I am sure I looked like I needed it) and thought it was odd that they didnt give me one.

Very helpful staff however they advertise Spanish speaking csr and half the time noone is there to help the Spanish speaking customers

Very good service considering you dont have to pay them to check a battery or scan a fault code. The prices are fair and the quality is aligned with the prices. I use this store often and have never been disappointed.

I was helped today by Jodie & Jennifer. Both were super great. Typically leary of auto-shops, these 2 gave me full confidence of their knowledge and abilities and, while hopeful I dont need them in the future, I will return as needed.

We called around town to the many auto parts stores and this one beat other prices by over $50. They ordered our parts from an hour away and our parts were waiting for us when we arrived. Every Staff member was welcoming and friendly plus we saved $21, a 10% discount because the buyer, my granddaughter, is a local EMT! Definitely the best and theyre open until 10:00 p.m.

Helpful staff, some free diagnostics, reasonable prices. Not as wide a selection as at some auto-parts stores, but still enough for most consumers needs.

Staff friendly but it take way too long to simply check out. It would have taken less time to drive across town to the competition.

I would like to advise store staff be trained to ALWAYS ask, Whos next, please? I was cut off twice by people who came in AFTER I did! I patiently waited twenty minutes total on the four customers ahead of me, and the staff all knew I was waiting for a diagnostic test, too! I left the store before it could happen a third time.

The staff were helpful in answering all of my questions and showing me the parts I would need.

Pros: Good service (see thoughts below) This location used to have a problem (years ago) with too few staff during busy times, but theyve really stepped up. Ive talked to 4 of the current staff and they are all courteous, know their products, and are willing to help.Example: A couple times now my check engine light was on (different vehicles, a year or so apart) so they did a free diagnostic. Told me the problem and gave me the problem codes. Now, dont expect them to drop everything and do a free diagnostic if theyre really busy (understandable). Last couple times Ive done that there was no expectation of a purchase and they were still nice about it. I appreciate that.Great prices, which pretty much always beat the other auto parts shops in town when Ive checked.Good quality: Over the years Ive purchased from them various fluids, tools, light bulbs, cleaning supplies, batteries, brake pads/drums/rotors, wipers, and a few other things, and Ive never had problems with quality or the wrong part ordered.Cons: Their type of customer-centric service can create a tunnel vision when the store gets busy. They dont always acknowledge when a customer comes in the door (at least not right away) because they are so focused on their current customer (more on this in thoughts). There seems to be a policy that the phone must always be answered, which can be distracting/annoying if the person answering is the one helping you.Thoughts: Im an IT (computer) guy. Im not a mechanic, or even a car fan, but Im learning. So with that in mind, heres a couple tips to pass on to those like me, who feel a deep sense of personal growth and accomplishment after they change their first burned out headlight.-AutoZone is not a service center, it is a parts store. If you arent familiar with cars and dont know what youre talking about, dont expect them to know either. They cant tell you what you need, but theyll sure get it for you when you find out what it is that you need. Oh, and dont expect them to install it for you.-Do some research on your problem. Dont just show up at the store and tell them something is wrong with the steering. If you or your friends cant help figure out whats wrong, there is this thing called Google that can help diagnose the issue. Depending on your needs they may be able to troubleshoot a bit, but dont get upset if they dont go as far as youd like.-Ask questions. Dont be too proud to ask what you think would be a stupid question. Ive saved myself a lot of time and trouble double checking if Id need anything else to change a part (half the time I usually do need another part I didnt know about).
