Although vehicles were marked to sell as-is with no flexibility in prices, the asking values the dealership had set for its cars were very fair given the great quality of the vehicles. I had work done Friday of last week. One was a recall and the rest of the service was regular oil change, etc. I took the car in the night before so they could work on it the next day. It was done by 11 the next morning, sooner than I expected. They are always on time and efficient in their work. Sorg did a very fair trade in with my 112k 2015 Escape Titanium AWD it did have 2300 worth of unfixed body damage. They did estimate the damage higher but the 2018 Rogue I got at 36k miles with the midnight package looks amazing. I did discover flaking paint on my roof mounted rack it is fiberglass and the warranty I got for dings and dents normally wont cover it but the Sales Manger made the decision that Sorg Nissan will fix it at no cost to me. I am thrilled with Sorg Nissan and would and will buy certified used vehicles from them when I need to.

I am still enjoying free oil changes that came with new car purchase. I was expected at the appointment time and work (oil change) began promptly. I was shown the engine air filter and a replacement was suggested. It didnt really need replacement, but I did anyway as Im expecting some long distance travel soon. With filter and tire rotation, bill came to $37. My receipt included an itemized list of recommended preventive service at next (30k mile) service interval. If I were to authorize it all, my next free oil change would cost about $450.

When we traded in out old vehicle the salesman couldnt get my plate off so he said service would take care of removing it and call me. I stopped after 4 days only to find out they sold my old vehicle with my plate still on it. I was also told they would call me when the new set of keys were ready, never called, I stopped and turns out theyre always in stock and it couldve been made when we bought it. Your sales staff are uneducated and there seems to be a lack of caring and communication.

I bought my nissan rogue sv on a Saturday.They had everything ready for me.Once I got home, I noticed that the hood was painted incorrectly- whoever painted it messed up.I contacted SORG right away and took it to them a couple days later, so they can look at it.They will get this corrected for me.They gave me a loaner vehicle while mine gets re-painted.

Sorg Nissan changed my oil and replaced the filter same day I called in. They do a great job of letting you know of anything else needed for maintenance of your car too.

I had trouble with my vehicle from another dealership where I purchased the vehicle but sorg Nissan in Warsaw got my vehicle in almost immediately to help figure out the problem. Bernard from the service department was very helpful, kind, and the type of person I would want to work on my vehicle. I will highly recommend and will come to them for all my future repairs.

Same issue happened twice times after repairing, but lighter, when made a left turn, improved for sure.Have to say the first service of engine light inspection ($115) should not be charged, they are not related to server shake and jerk problem when speed is under 20 mph. and not be required to check.And service manager only told me via phone that the cost for replacing left rear bearing and oil change is around $340...but finally have to pay $544.

I had some routine service done. I really like their service department. I have a strong electrical/mechanical background and I recognize a service team who cares about a long-term relationship with their customers. Thats the way a business should be run.

The service was quick as usual for just an oil change and tire rotation.I am disappointed however in the fact that there was a sign at service requesting everyone wear masks and social distance when inside and upon entering, I realized no other guests were wearing masks and neither were the employees. Being the only person wearing a mask in the whole waiting area/front area made me feel like the employees don’t care about the well being of their customers.When I went to pay, the cashier had a bad attitude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there.I’m hoping I don’t have any issues with my car for the remainder of the COVID-19 pandemic because I will take my Nissan to another dealership if needed.
