Bought an 18k truck from them about a year ago, had it about a week and anything on the dash that could come on came on. Had bolts missing out of the lift kit, and the entire front end was jacked. Could be on me for not looking at it throughly, but it’s obvious they get vehicles from auction clear the dash and just throw them on the lot to make a quick buck. To top it off, I traded it in yesterday and after the inspection was done for trade in value, to no surprise it had been in a accident and had major frame damage. This place doesn’t have a ton of 1 star ratings for no reason.

My brother in law just bought a truck and traded in a car got a fair pay for the trade in and the sales guy Derrick was never pushy and as helpful as possible will definitely be returning for future purchases thanks again!

Im surprised this place got more than 1 star. Terrible customer service, no communication what so ever. I know your not supposed to believe word of mouth from a salesman so we even have it written on paper the work we were supposed to have done on the $30,000 truck we just bought. Nothing finished when we picked up vehicle. Travis wont return phone calls, nor will anyone put my husband on the schedule for the maintence thats written on our contract. Its been a week, I should have paid attention to all the bad reviews that are now erased 😂😡 Our whole purchase was one sided.

We had a very specific truck in mind. We were looking for a clean 2018 or newer black 2500 Chevy truck with low miles. Travis & Amanda sent us several options and bent over backwards to meet our needs. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from them in a little over a year. We found an older low mileage one owner truck for our teenager. If you are looking for an older low cost car they are your people. If you are looking for a newer vehicle they can help you out as well! Thanks for the excellent service! We will be back!

Excellent service. Listened to everything I wanted. Extremely fair trade in values offered. Lots of clean low mile options on the lot. Offered us a pizza and drinks while we completed the purchase....this is standard at this lot! Very cool!

Rude, will belittle you acting like your knowledge is inferior to them, know it alls. Will try to take advantage of you and try to con you and when they know they cant push you around will be arrogant and again, try to belittle you.Do not recommend, will never recommend, will tell others to avoid this small con lot.

Have driven threw several times just browsing and they always have a nice selection of used cars, SUV and trucks. Its buy here pay here.

The truck i came look at it had way to many problems with it but you guys had some pretty nice trucks on your lot lot more than what I wanted to spend or you guys asking your salesperson didnt say much

Bought a car for 4900, two days later engine light comes on for the Catylic converter, Another day goes by the passenger window falls off the track, I contacted them to see if they would help since it’s only been three days, they offered to charge me, then I mention that it’s only been three days then they counter offered with a discount, I mean do you want return service?
