Never again. Employee was welcoming and knowledgeable, but no inventory list of what vape juices. Decided on two house brands, was given the wrong one and had to return it. Reason I wouldnt go back is the vape juice was horrible tasting. Had a nasty aftertaste compared to any juice Ive bought anywhere else.

I went in for first time yesterday changing from disposable and told them the normal vapes I smoke these guys matched perfectly the 2 vape I smoke they are so super nice the changed coil and filled tank with out me asking it was a very pleasant experience and I can imagine ever going anywhere else theymade me a lifer thanks I hate going places like that and u guys made me feel very comfortable

I normally shop at Cravin Vapes about once a week for my vaping needs. Just recently I was sold the wrong pods for my device, and called immediately after leaving. Emilee answered the phone, who is the woman that sold the pods to me, and said she would leave a note and to return the next morning. When returning the next morning another young woman explained to me that they were out of the pods that I actually needed, but they would take the pods and give me a credit for the cost of them. She explained that they should be receiving a truck at the beginning of the following week, which would be today. I went in today to purchase The pods, but they were out. The general manager whose name I cannot remember, explain to me that there was nothing she could do. She also said sorry that the store was ran in properly for so long, but they do not do refund or returns, snd that she had no clue what was going on or why it wasn’t authorized through her. Mind you, they were in possession of the product that I returned to them, and also still have my money. I explain to her that I’m sorry that she had to deal with it, but that it was her employees own fault for explaining the process wrong. I was due the product, or a refund. The general manager immediately got an attitude, and stated that there was nothing that she could do other than a 10% discount. Mind you I only paid $13 and change for the pods, so it wasn’t much money at all. It was the principle that I spent hundreds of dollars a year in their store, and this is how I get treated in return. The gentlemen that ran the store previously to her may not have been the best operationally, but if trained properly they would’ve been the best people to run that store. The new GM said that she was happy to lose my business. I was calm and collected during the entire interaction, and could not believe the way she spoke to me and the attitude she gave me. I will not be returning, and will encourage my rather large group of friends who vape to start going to the Lake House instead.

Love this shop! All the employees are super chill and relaxed. They know their products and whats best for you. They also have a wide variety of juices and vape products along with CBD products too.

These guys know there stuff and it doesnt matter whether your brand new to vaping or have been for years they will take excellent care of you. I myself am new and even with all my questions in ignorance they were patient and beyond helpful! Highly recommend!!

It was sad that they couldnt even find what I was looking for let alone they couldnt even do there job. Its sad that they couldnt even find the stuff on the there little iPad. The guy got frustrated and was throwing a fit over it. I really dont think it should have taken 25 minutes to do his job that he should know how to do before being left alone. Over all bad experience and I have never had one here. I really dont think I will be back.
